A Truly Memorable Stay!
Our experience staying at this hotel was truly satisfying and unforgettable. The ambiance was cozy and beautifully designed, making us feel instantly relaxed. We were so comfortable that we didn’t even feel like leaving the room, especially since we were upgraded to a spacious room with a stunning lake view!
A big thank you to the hotel team for the thoughtful upgrade. The room was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable. The service throughout our stay was excellent warm, helpful, and attentive.
If you’re considering this hotel, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret choosing it. Highly recommended!

Had one of the best hotel stay so far, place is clean, view is great, hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. Not to forget all the staffs are really friendly and helpful. They also had a personalised chat group for you during your stay, which i find it really thoughtful. Will definitely come back again my next trip!

The hotel staffs are very friendly and provide great service. They have arranged for complimentary pick-up and drop-off making the transfer very easy for us. Room is perfectly clean, comfortable with outstanding Erhai lake view! Additional services we enjoyed was the complimentary daily night dessert soup and laundry services. Thumbs up for the quick response to our needs and enquiries too!

Amazing location, views and facilities. Very nicely decorated room with great amenities (Dyson hair dryer, bath salts etc)
Breakfast, fruits and tea are provided
Pick up service is provided
The staff added you on WeChat prior to the check in and make sure you have a smooth stays.
Very polite and helpful staff (thank you Nin!!)
Highly recommend this place if you stay in the east side.

100% Recommended! Service is great, friendly and very approachable! Aesthetics of the hotel, well done! Just a suggestion, will be good if there is a separate breakfast muslim set or vegetarian friendly. Other than that, would definitely come again if we come back to Dali.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Dali, Yunnan, and had an overall pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the room and common areas was impressive — everything was well-maintained and tidy, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing.
The service stood out as one of the highlights. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with directions or local recommendations. They made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free.
But would like to comment on the photoshooting service that this hotel provided, although they stated it’s free, but each room ONLY FREE 5 PIECES NON EDIT photos no matter how many days you stay. So please don’t ask for this service if you don’t want your pocket to have a hole 🤣, would recommend you to have the traditional costume shoot in Lijiang or Shangrila which will cost in cheaper price where they can provide costume rental and full make up. This hotel they charge a very high price for the photoshooting if you want to buy the photos from them.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang, if they like photoshooting. Or else you can stay in other better choices hotels.

Muxinbao is such an amazing stay!! My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights - the service was great, they have free desserts everyday, and they would even fetch us to nearby convenience store if we needed something!! Super super love the service
The hotel room was also super comfortable! The bed was big and cosy, the room came with an amazing view and everything was just soooooo perfect!
10/10 would come back here again if I’m back in Dali & strongly recommend this to any of my friends coming to Dali! Come experience this place yourself, you will not regret it!
