Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Joy Hotel. The services provided by each hotel staff are remarkable and excellent. Super responsive and initiative by the staff. Everyday staff will serve a platter of fruits, pastry and snacks and at night hot snow fungus soup. Although the location is inaccessible and outskirt from the city, we were near some of their iconic sites.

I’ve traveled to more than 10 countries and this is the far best hotel I have ever stayed. Every details are well taken care of. From hotel pick-up and drop-off, spacious hotel room with smart system, high quality toiletries, room services, delicious meals and best of all- the view in tranquil environment. Special thanks to our 管家-小吴，making our trip as comfortable and smooth as possible, it really feel like home🥰Also thanks to our the sweet and lovely hotel staffs. We will be back again ❤️

We've made our decision to stay at Villa Joy at very last minute. The hotel is at the eastern coast of Erhai, it took around 35 mins ride from Dali Station, luckily the transport was prearranged by our designated housekeeper 小鹏.
Lobby is at 4/f, very spacious,staffs are very friendly. Our room is located at 7/f, our room was okay, can see the sunrise and also the sunset of Cangshan Mountain but it requires some repairments of the roof shade. Overall, this hotel is very instagramable, you can take a lot of pictures on different floors.

One of the best experience we had in a hotel. Location was about 40 minutes from Dali, and the transport was prearranged by the staff. It is a beautiful hotel with many photogenic spots overseeing the lake. So peaceful and serene. The best part is the attentive staff who took care of everything for us from start to end. Our designated housekeeper 青柠 even followed up to check on us if we made it to our destination safely. They really go above and beyond. Would love to come back again.

Fabulous stay. We spent 3 nights here with our friends and the rooms are nice and clean with breathtaking seaview. Our designated butler 青柠and小鹏 are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely recommend your hotel to our friends.

Super nice and clean hotel with top-notch service! They upgraded us due to rooms available.
The hotel also prepared yummy breakfast, teabreak and night desserts for us everyday. Super good view of the Dali Erhai as well. Will pick this hotel again if i ever return.

FANTASTIC STAY! Hands down, one of the best hotel stay experience we had. The entire hotel and the room interior were designed to be simple yet classy and gives off the beach holiday vibes. The room is a “smart room” with most functions like the lights, music and curtains to be controlled by “小爱同学”, just like google home. In addition, they have butler service during the entire stay and the service our butler 青柠 provided was super duper impressive and she always tries to go beyond. Knowing that one of us was celebrating birthday, she even prepared an entire cake for us. As we only stayed for a night, she specially tried to make arrangements to book a photography slot for us even thought the schedule was full. The afternoon tea and goodnight desert soup, were delivered directly into our rooms for us. Definitely coming back to yuewan on my next visit to Dali!
