Quite honestly, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in across my 20+ years of traveling around the globe. The rooms were absolutely amazing, state of the art technology, with beautiful seaviews and sunshine. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and amenities offered to us, and additionally what stood out the most was the top notch service that the staff provided to us. Afternoon tea time, breakfast, evening snack, and more, the staff were always very friendly and helpful to make us comfortable. A big thank you very much on behalf of our entire family, we 100% recommend this place to everyone coming to the Dali region.

Beautiful views, perfect for photos. 精致海景下午茶with good coffee (pictured below) at no extra cost. But the most memorable thing is the warm hospitality, 服务很贴心❤️ Special mention to 小范,小凤 和 阿娇！Always ready to help, it was like nothing was too much trouble for them. I travelled with my little one this time, would love to come back if we want to stay in 双廊 again and book a 海景房。We booked the last minute so were not able to get a room with 海景. Our room was facing the street and it could be bit noisy, the hotel provides free disposal earbuds. Appreciates little attention to details like that. There is free parking nearby if you are driving. The staff are very helpful with luggage. There is laundry facility but we were not able to use it because the washing machine and dryer were occupied. A free photoshoot was included in the room (this is typical in 大理). I was initially a bit hesitant but glad we took up the free offer. There were absolutely no pressure to buy extra photos. Most importantly, my little one had fun (one of his free photo is shown below). Overall, very pleasant experience.

Location is right at the entrance to the old town, which is very convenient. Room is big and clean with nice view. Service is excellent. The staffs are friendly.

入住二晚、頂層有露台。被海景房驚艷到了！拉開窗簾，一望無際的湛藍大海瞬間映入眼簾，海浪拍打着沙灘，彷彿在耳邊演奏着美妙的交響曲，舒適至極。對攝影愛好者非常友好，視野開闊、蒼山盡收眼底，夕陽無限美好。底層公共空間，與環境融為一體，值得稱讚。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全且高端，床品柔軟舒適，讓人一夜好眠。工作人員熱情周到，從前台辦理入住到客房服務，每一個細節都處理得恰到好處。強烈推薦給大家，下次還會再來！服務人員楊潤服務非常棒！期待下一次入住啦！ 另有精緻海景下午茶、海景旅拍體驗，值得稱道！

帶家人一起旅行，房間很舒適、乾淨衞生，家居齊全，全套小度智能家居，很方便，房間觀海露台很大，可以看海景落日，拍照很出片，樓下有餐廳和露台也很出片，接待員小馮服務很周到，下午茶種類很多，蛋糕🎂美味咖啡飲品自選，晚上有牛奶和甜點，早餐也很豐盛三明治、沙拉、雞蛋、牛奶、玉米、水果、粥等等餐品很豐盛，還可以在旅店約旅拍很出片，非常喜歡的一家，以後有機會還會再來，已推薦給朋友😀
