시설이나 직원의 친절도는 좋았으나 위치가 시내 외곽에 있는 관계로 아침에 급히 손님을 만나야 하는데 그랍과 택시가 오질 않아 미팅시간에 늦는 어이없는 실수를 하고 말았습니다.

Shin Villa Đà Lạt - một trải nghiệm trên cả tuyệt vời. - Vị trí Shin cách trung tâm Đà Lạt 5~8 phút chạy xe máy, nên cũng khá thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển. - Toạ lạc trên con đường Hoàng Hoa Thám với nhiều quán cà phê chill chill hiện nay. - Phòng ốc ở đây chia làm 2 khu: khu khách sạn và khu Bungalow, phòng ở Bunggalow khá riêng tư, bày trí ấm cúng, đầy đủ tiện nghi và trang thiết bị cần thiết: đặc biệt là có cả bàn ủi, áo choàng tắm và bồn tắm. - Hướng nhìn bao quát cả 1 góc đồi thông, yên tĩnh và khung cảnh yên bình. - Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình dễ thương. Giá thuê xe máy tay ga là 130k/ngày. - Ăn sáng thay đổi mỗi ngày, mình ở 2 đêm, 1 ngày ăn nui và 1 ngày ăn bún riêu. Nhà hàng nhìn ra thung lũng rất đẹp. - Sảnh chờ trang trí khá ấn tượng và bắt mắt, nhìn rất thích. Sẽ quay lại Shin trong thời gian gần nhất. Đã hai lần đến với Shin, khách sạn nằm dọc theo sườn nên khá thích hợp cho việc săn mây, phòng thì luôn đẹp và sạch sẽ, các bạn phụ vụ rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình, còn giúp mình trả lời thắc mắc check phòng đến tối, ưng nhất là được phụ vụ bữa sáng tại nhà hàng, món thì đa dạng và ngon nhen.

Xin chia sẻ một cách chân thành nhất tôi là người làm trong nghề dịch vụ du lịch và cảm nhận về khách sạn Shin Village này là tuyệt vời: Phòng rất mới , view nhìn tuyệt đẹp nhìn được tổng quan mây và rừng thông và sát cạnh phòng chỗ đốt lửa và BBQ nướng rất tiện và ấm cúng. Nhân viên rất chuyên nghiệp và nhiệt tình từ ngoài ngõ vào tận phòng, không gian bên trong lẫn ngoài phòng thoáng ,cách bày trí rất lãng mạn theo kinh nghiệm bản thân tôi thì là một trong những ks tốt nhất ở Đà Lạt mà tôi đã từng ở , tôi đặt phòng qua bộ phận sale bạn ấy rất chủ động tư vấn và phản hồi thông tin của tôi một rất nhanh thậm chí đã khuya muộn vẫn tranh thủ trả lời khách hàng đó là điểm cộng lớn nhất .Về mức giá là phải nói là rất rẻ so với thị trường chung và những tiện nghi mà ks cung cấp. Đã có 1 trải nghiệm hạnh phúc và ấm lòng bên gia đình tôi tại ks , thanks for all.
