Here's a review: *5/5 stars* we had the pleasure of staying at river roost and it was an absolute delight! the moment i stepped in, i was struck by the warm and inviting ambience that set the tone for a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly cordial and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The food was simply delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste and preference. I was impressed by the quality and presentation of each dish, and the service. But what really made my stay stand out was the array of activities and amenities they have. From indoor games to outdoor activities, there was something for everyone. And the swimming pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, i would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is located in main city at a good area. The amenities as mentioned in their website is available. The rooms are cosy and neat. The Breakfast spread was good. Overall a decent experience I can say.

Aananda wellness and resorts is an excellent place to stay in dharmasthala. The resort is well designed and rooms are spacious. It is in a quiet location and hence no disturbance. The staff is very helpful and polite. The food quality can be improved since the breakfast was not very palatable.

Hotel located at a convenient location for me. Room was clean and tidy. But cookies platter on the offer as per the booking confirmation never given despite reminding 3 times. Also breakfast never starts at the stipulated time of 7. 30 am. Had to miss breakfast on the last day of stay since i was in a hurry to catch a train. Also service at the veg restaurant is pathetic.

La ubicación y el servicio de comidas en la habitación de Goldfinch es muy bueno. Sin embargo, no sentí que obtuviera valor por el dinero que pagué. No había WiFi gratuito y el coste del WiFi de pago era bastante ridículo. Servicios como agua potable e incluso papel higiénico no se reabastecieron y hubo que pedirlos. The place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.

Stayed here for a night recently. Excellent property- neat , clean and well maintained. Room was spacious and well appointed with all amenities , toiletries, mini bar etc.. Staff are well trained, courteous and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was well laid out and satisfactory.
