Rudest staff at the reception. Very very children unfriendly Complete contrast to Aditya view their sister concern near Dharmasthala which is excellent. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Our way or the highway attitude is very disrespectful.

The rooms are clean. Beds are Fresh and good. Outside ambience is good.
Facilities are good.
Service is to be improved. Boys are to be well trained. They should keep all the soaps, shampoos and other consumables ready before asking.
