In a unique location in the beautiful Eifel, in the car-free area, directly on the lakeshore of Lake Kronenburg is our approx. 140 sqm, exclusive holiday home.
The former steward's house is being offered as a holiday home for the first time this year. For the highest demands, the house was completely new and modernly furnished for you and offers up to 8 people the best comfort on vacation. Can also be occupied by up to 10 people on request.
Whether water sports, fishing, cycling, horse riding, yoga, inline skating, karting, parachuting, walking around the lake or relaxing in the in-house sauna with a view of the lake - no one wants to leave here again.
So that your luggage doesn't get too big, we provide you with hand and shower towels, sauna towels and bathrobes, bed linen, soap and shampoo, detergent and rinsing tapes. Ironing board / iron, washer / dryer are available.
On the lake side there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture and loungers, grill and access to your private lawn. The surrounding balcony and the terrace are fenced. Enjoy the beautiful view from there, while your children and pets can romp and play safely.

A large playground, a water playground, a water rope garden, a beach volleyball court, the Seascholl with sailing courses and a pedal boat and rowing boat rental are just a few meters away and some are within sight.
In order to be able to offer you another highlight, we provide you with two Stand Up Paddling Boards free of charge. Explore the quiet corners of the lake and let your mind wander.
The picturesque village of Kronenburg with its winding, narrow streets invites you to stroll.
Whether families or groups, our lovingly furnished holiday home is ideal for relaxing holidays in beautiful nature with many interesting excursions.
Due to the unique snow landscape of the Eifel, our house is an ideal holiday destination even in winter. Wir hatten das Seewärterhaus für 4 Nächte gebucht, um einen entspannten Familien Urlaub mit Kindern und Enkelkindern zu verbringen und den 60.Geburtstag meines Mannes zu feiern. Wir drei Generationen fühlten uns alle sofort sehr wohl. Jeder aus der Familie hatte schnell den passenden Schlafplatz gefunden. Das Babybett stand im Schlafzimmer bereit, alles war sehr sauber, frisch und liebevoll einladend vorbereitet. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend, genauso wie in der Beschreibung des Hauses angegeben.Die nahe Lage am See ist fantastisch. Jeden Morgen konnte ich schwimmen gehen. Der Tretbootverleiher hat lustige Tretboote,von denen man wunderbar ins Wasser springen kann. Ein Spaß für alle in der Familie. Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe,in denenwir uns für die Abende mit leckeren Grillfleisch eingedeckt haben. Wer keine Lust auf Kochen hat,kann auch einfach Essen im Lokal neben dem Seewärterhaus bestellen.Serviert wurde uns das Essen direkt auf den Esstisch im Ferienhaus. Einfach nur super praktisch mit kleinen Kindern. Auch die Spielplätze in der Nähe des Seewärterhauses sind besonders und sehr gepflegt.

Das Seewärterhaus ist sehr schön, groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für uns mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hat es genügend Platz geboten. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und alles was wir selber mitgebracht hatten, war bereits vorhanden, von Spül- über Trockentücher, Spülmaschinentabs, Spüli bis hin zu einigen Gewürzen. Die direkte Nähe zum See und die Standup Paddle Boards haben unsere Kinder trotz regnerischem Wetter begeistern. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und werden bestimmt noch mal wieder im Seewärterhaus Urlaub machen.

Es war alles rundum perfekt!Das Haus ist gut durchdacht und hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Zusatzangebote waren top: Sektempfang Grill, Kamin, Sauna, SUPs, Liegen, Tischtennisplatte und andere Spielsachen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Außerdem hatten wir perfektes Wetter. Also rundum ein gelungener, entspannter Urlaub

Super Gril
Der Aufenthalt war sehr sehr gut , der Empfang ebenfalls! Das Haus ist zwar in den Jahren gekommen , aber trotzdem Modern!!! (Ein paar Sache müssten mal erneuert werden!! ) ! Die Umgebung klasse !! Ein Restaurant ist neben an auch , mit guten Preisen !! ( das sollte mit in die Annonse aufgenommen werden)

Familien WE mit 3 Generationen
Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Bei der Anreise wurden wir von der Vermieterin herzlich empfangen und man hat uns sofort das Gefühl vermittelt "das ist jetzt Euer Haus, macht Euch hier eine gute Zeit und nutzt alles was es zu bieten hat". Für 8 Personen von 13-90 war alles da um ein perfektes Wochenende gemeinsam zu verbringen. Selbst jetzt im Februar ohne Grün war es herrlich entspannt an der Talsperre, im Ort oder einfach in der Sonne vor dem Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder, DANKE!

Wundervolles Haus am See - top ausgestattet! :)
Wir haben unser Mädels-Weihnachtswochenende mit 8 Personen in diesem tollen Haus direkt am See verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist extrem sauber, sehr groß, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet!! Insbesondere den Kamin und die Sauna haben wir sehr genossen :-) wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Perfektes Haus mit allem was man braucht!
Es ist alles da um sich wohlzufühlen. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Ein sehr schöne Wohn-Essbereich. Einfach perfekt.
Auch die Sauna ist sehr schön.
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
