Helpful and kind staff. You can travel to center by a bus + underground in 50-60 minutes. Bus hours may end early.

Great breakfast some of the best in the place aroud Dagenham and romford. Anetta and Patricia was at the Restaurant, Dayane and Edita at the reception were very welcome and helpful. I would comeback there again Thank all the staff I hope to see you again soon

Eve on Reception was amazing very helpful & professional after a horrendous day can’t thank her enough, hotel was spot on as well spotlessly clean rooms overall great experience, would highly recommend this hotel & will definitely visit again next time I’m down this way

The rooms are very basic, dated and smelly carpets. No fridge in room. Creaking floors. Very dark room and corridors. The only good was the breakfast but the breakfast room was very tiny and you feel squashed. Almost felt like a hostel accommodation.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Romford and had an incredibly unpleasant experience. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of urine, making it difficult to feel comfortable. To make matters worse, the room had spiders, and I was bitten by some kind of insect, which left a painful lump on my knee. The poor service from the staff added to the frustration. When I raised these concerns, I was met with rudeness and unhelpful responses, leaving me very dissatisfied. I’ve stayed at Premier Inn before, but this experience was far below the usual standard. I would not recommend this location based on my recent stay.

The room was great - spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice bed and bathroom. We were greeted and kindly assisted by Dayane the manager when we arrived.We were glad to see Dayane the next morning too as she was so kind and helpful to us. At breakfast it was the same with Patricia and Anetta. They were both cheerful and friendly - a nice way to start the day. The breakfast was good too - we could have had pastries and fruit as well as our full English Breakfast if we wanted. Plentiful juices/water/ hot drinks available. We will book again next time we are in the area. Thank you all.

I had a lovely time at Romford west Permier in. All the staff were helpful and lovely. I would like to say a special thank you to Dayane and her team very hardworking bunch who were an absolute delight. Dayane was so kind and was very accommodating during my stay and made me feel right at home. The food prepared by the chefs Patricia and Anetta was lovely and proved a lovely service. I would definitely be coming back to stay.

I cannot fault the staff and their willingness to help and make our rooms as comfortable as possible. But surely it’s about time the company put air conditioning units in all their rooms, especially those in the South East. I would pay a little more for air con. Even with two fans on all night and the window open with traffic’s noise ( which I know cannot be helped) we did not get a wink of sleep. The beds were so comfortable but useless in a room with the heat of a sauna.
