La calidad de la habitación es normal, pero puedes pasar una noche en Ba Na Hills. El menú de desayuno era variado y aprovechamos al máximo la piscina y el gimnasio.
Utilicé el servicio de habitaciones por la noche y quedé muy impresionado con el sabor.
Pasé dos días felices con vistas al mar y a la ciudad de noche desde el piso 26. Si vuelvo a Da Nang nuevamente, me quedaré en este hotel nuevamente.

El hotel está situado junto a la playa, un poco apartado (a unos 5-10 minutos a pie) del bullicio. Durante nuestra corta estancia, la música del chiringuito sonaba a todo volumen, pero las puertas de cristal del balcón aislaban la mayor parte del ruido.
La habitación era espaciosa y limpia, y la vista desde el balcón era espectacular. Hay restaurantes, una piscina infinita (aunque pequeña y algo poco profunda) y un spa dentro del hotel. No utilizamos estas instalaciones, ya que hay muchas opciones maravillosas fuera del hotel.
El personal fue amable, atento y muy servicial.
Sin duda, volveré a alojarme aquí cuando visite Da Nang.

La habitación estaba en el piso 10, por lo que la vista nocturna era hermosa.
El desayuno es bastante variado para un hotel de esta clase.
Lamentablemente el WiFi era débil, probablemente porque la habitación era una habitación de esquina. Al acercarme a la entrada de la habitación, sentí como una conexión.

The hotel is fairly new, 2 years old. The room is nice and decent in size. The shower’s water pressure is wonderful.
Walking distance to Han Market, Dragon Bridge, Riverwalk.
I also stayed at Melia Riverside DaNang, this hotel is much better. It is also in the process of converting to a Crowne Plaza.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is not far from the sea, and the place is pretty quiet for a tourist area. They offer decent breakfasts. Cleaning is great.
The humidity in the room was very high though, and it was hard to dry our clothes. The water in the bathroom was getting warm so slowly that at first we thought that there was no hot water at all. And the stairs are terrible, but you are not allowed to go to the elevator in the parking lot downstairs if you don't use a vehicle. I am traveling with my old mom and was really afraid that she could fall from these stairs.
I haven't used the pool, so cannot tell if it's good. Try it yourselves :)

The service at Fivitel King in Da Nang is seamless. The staff from the reception area, catering and cleaning are all so friendly and will always acknowledge you.
The roof top bar with its panoramic views and the two pools is simply a great place to make friends or spend time out and recover from the sightseeing in Da Nang.
The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all a traveller would need.
The breakfasts provide a wide variety of Asian and western foods. Again the staff are on the ball and so very helpful.

Reservé la habitación Premier King para 2 noches en Da Nang. Excelente ubicación si quieres estar cerca de la playa. Fantástica piscina en la azotea con un bar con asientos al aire libre. Visité el gimnasio una vez, no tiene nada de especial, es prácticamente igual que la mayoría de los gimnasios de los hoteles. Estaba en el piso 18 y había un olor extraño y desagradable fuera de mi habitación y a lo largo del vestíbulo del ascensor. Pasé por otros pisos y no encontré ese olor.

El hotel es muy bonito y tiene playa privada. Puedes quedarte en el hotel un día entero. El desayuno también es muy rico, incluye fideos vietnamitas, arroz pegajoso con mango, etc. La habitación también es muy sorprendente. La terraza y ver el paisaje de todo el hotel. Fantástico
RRudyAfter 30 mins drive from airport, you will be greeted with beautifully decorated receptionist and stunning view of the private bay.
A buggy ride or combination of outdoor walk + funicular will lead to most room. If lucky, you may encounter the colourful endangered monkey during funicular ride. The ”panoramic” room is on higher floor and present a better view of the bay. View of the private bay from room's balcony attached.
Variety is relatively limited however, quality of breakfast is outstanding. Dine at Citroen for vietnamese food or Barefoot for a more international flavour of meat, seafood and pizza. Food quality was outstanding and specialty coctails were interesting. Long bar was a posh spot for afternoon chill next to swimming pool and beach.
Food and drink prices are on high side compared to Vietnamese standard or even similar resort in SEA. However, visiting the private beach (or bay) is really a treat! Complimentary cold water, sweet potato, and even unsual sunglasses cleaning service or cucumber to cool the face. Complimentary well maintained paddle board, kayak, Vietnamese bamboo basket boat. Plus all usual beach facilities such as beach volley, badminton, frisbee but without crowd.
Attended and very well maintained indoor gym with Technogym and a smaller one outdoor. There is 4K outdoor running route circulating the resort with 100 m elevation.
Bed room and bathroom are luxurious and well maintained. The high outdoor humidity (October) and air conditioned room cause foggy glasses and blocking the nice view from bed room. After adjusting skin to outdoor temperature, relaxing on relatively large balcony with large sofa was a better way to enjoy the scenery.
While my other half experienced the award winning Mi Sol Spa, myself and kid went for private tour to Ba Na Hill from concierge which was on high side compared to online travel portal. However, it worthed for business class car, professional driver and very experienced tour guide whom made everything smooth and trouble free. Complimentary mini bus to Hoi An was pleasant and well timed. Tried local transport Grab for diner outside and it was a mixed experience of efficient cost and feeling of less safety.
Services on all visited facilities were outstanding and caused my wife considering a return during cooler month.

left my heart at this place and defo a place I called home when in Da Nang.
stayed there for too many nights and will stay many more nights when I go back to DN. From the first day I checked in, the lobby and resort is just GRAND and BEAUTIFUL. huge lobby with carefully chosen design and immediately I can feel the warm service feeling and incredible stay. there are too many things I LOVE about this place and I will break it down carefully.
ROOM; stayed in 4 different rooms from their elite deluxe, junior king, and their Santorini suite. and my favorite defo the one by the pool area, the room was huge and smelled so good, bed, OH MY GOD! one of the comfiest beds Ive ever slept in. I had such good naps and night sleep. The temperature was very comfortable and the fan was a plus during hot days. amenities were sufficient from toiletries to fridge, tea, and coffee, and the supplies were always replenished daily.
POOL; AMAZING! Another best part about this resort is the pool is huge and comfortable water temp. my morning laps and afternoon dips are just LOVELY!
MEALS; The morning breakfast was a spread of goodness options and selections from Western (bread, butter, bacon, eggs, and pastry) to Asian and Vietnamese locals. I've tried everything and it was oh-so delicious. the Saigon coffee was defo a slap!
* the elixir bar by the pool also serves nice cocktails, ice-cold beers, and lunch/dinner service (yes! i spent too much time in the resort and doesn't really go out haha)
SERVICE: Risemount premier team, let me do a shout-out and the deepest gratitude from my heart for all the great things you've done for me during my stay. I was terribly ill during my first week but I was well taken care of, and you guys too celebrated my birthday on this trip, it was so special and heartwarming. Miss Lieu (i miss you and thank you for you) the F&B manager and his team, the room division team (FO, concierge, HK, SEC) basically everyone was just incredible. you are all the faces of the great service hospitality industry. service was warm, kind, polite, and just *chef's kiss. thank you, thank you, thank you.
If I may give a little feedback it would be that the drinking water supply daily in the room was not enough for the all-year warm weather in Vietnam. I have always needed to ask more and it is okay to charge for the extra price but there were 2 times I requested more water; the answer from the receptionist repeatedly was that the water bottle gaven only 2 bottles a day (it was tiny bottle) and if we would like more that it is not free and sadly my request by phone was not met, waited for half an hour and had to walk to the lobby to personally asked about more water and yes you can charge me for it, Another hiccup would be that the sound insulation is quite poor, you really need to find and choose quieter room if you are noise sensitive.
BUT, ALL IN ALL, I think I've said more than enough about my pleasant stay with Risemount Premier in general, and I can not wait to go back home :))

UUsuario invitadoHabitación bonita, bastante grande y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Para mí, la ubicación no es la mejor, tienes que coger un Grab para ir a cualquier sitio. Pero al menos está a 10 minutos a pie de la playa. Los recepcionistas no fueron muy serviciales, hablan inglés pero no son muy hospitalarios. Pedí ayuda varias veces para encontrar un autobús, qué aplicación de autobús se utiliza en Da Nang, etc., pero su única respuesta fue ”No sé qué autobús”. Bueno, si no lo sabes, tal vez puedas intentar encontrarlo. Seguro que no soy el primer huésped que se lo pregunta. Algunas explicaciones turísticas también habrían estado bien.
La azotea es definitivamente una ventaja: deberías ir de noche porque hay mucha gente por la mañana. Vista increíble.
El desayuno incluido es completamente inútil, sabe muy mal, calidad barata. No hay zumos frescos ni buen café.

VVelIt's going to be a rather long review. We had booked through trip.com, and we arrived around midnight. There was some mix-up due to which our booking was not in hotel records. But I had all the details and had already paid. We had booked for 4 nights. 7th June till 11th June. I need to mention here that it wasn't the hotel's fault.
In spite of not being the hotel's mistake, the night shift receptionist Mr. Quan was so apologetic that this had happened and apologised to us many times and immediately arranged an upgraded room us.
But for the next day the room was not available. The day shift staff ”Miss Suong” took charge and asked to continue without planned activities, and at the end of the day, we had to go to another hotel nearby. All our luggage was transferred to that hotel and, of course, with an upgraded room. We spent the night there, then the next day, we continued with our activities further.
Back in the evening, our luggage was again transferred back to Nhat Ming by their staff.
For the remaining 2 days. We got an upgraded room with superb Seaview.
During the 4 days, time and again, Mr Quan, Miss Suong and 2 more personnel, Miss Huyen, Miss Linh and Mr Minh took care of our family personally, may it be during the breakfast, arranging for our Bana Hill trip or our beach activities. Mr. TruongThey really made us feel at home.
Special mention to Miss Suong and Mr Quan. Thank you both so much. 🙏🙏

Basically, I felt that the Vietnamese people are curtious, kind, and helpful, but you guys made my Da Nang trip the best experience of my life.

Now for the people who want to know about the rest of the hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and well ventilated. The crystal clear beach is just 2 mins of walk. To experience sun rise, you can get the best view from your hotel's sea view room on the higher floors. Good maintenance. You get what you pay for. But in Nhat Minh Hotel, you get more than that.
As far as the breakfast is concerned, good healthier choices but without compromising on taste. Freshly cooked eggs upon request on the spot. Many varieties, both local and continental.
About the amenities, just name it, and you have it with 5 mins walk.
If you want trouble free, the hotel can arrange for trips and tours. Most of the attractions around Da Nang are within VND 60000 or USD 2.40.
Finally, thank you so much, Nhat Minh Hotel. I really owe you one.
This review is not written in the spur of the moment but written 8 days after Da Nang, 2 more places and back to Singapore.
