we arrived at the property in the evening after a full day of sight seeing. The property were paid already through the app and we wanted to arrange a BBQ at our villa, i tried to inform the hotel to arrange the BBQ but they want to credit card confirmation before, I told the lady that I am travelling and not convenient to print out the authorization form. Then she told me that with the payment the accounting department will not allow them to but the necessary for the BBQ. All I wanted was a BBQ buy the pool for my family and friends of 8 and she was giving me a hard time. I paid 3 nights of the Villa and it is hard to imagine that the hotel will need payment for that. So at the end we end up ordering Grab food delivery. After we check in the hotel, I wanted to ask for more water as i like to drink a lot of hot tea. the Villa is for 8 people so i asked for 8 bottles of water, the lady on the phone said she will need to charge me for that. That is absolutely absurd and never heard of. So i ordered a case of water from Grab food delivery. My friends who were staying at the hotel room in the main building she told me that construction work was started at around 7 am and woke them up. Then the work stoppped in 30 min and star again in 15 min. That is totally not acceptable as the resort is meant to be relaxing and calming. The next morning we saw the manager and told him all the unusual things that we encountered, I feel that he was sincerely apologetic and tried to make up for the rest of our trip. I forgot his name but he came to visit us at the villa and i saw him every morning during the breakfast service. I feel that he is trying his best to help us th=o better our stay. The breakfast was very good indeed and we all enjoyed it. The drawback is that the river next to the villa is not so clean. There is not much activities to do at the villa except for the infinity pool. The wave at the beach was too strong for us to swim..... But the property is very close to the Marble Mountain (5 min walk) which is an added bonus. Overall the staff seems to be inexperience and try to rectify the problem after it have occur. They are not able to handle many hotel related issues as these are just very minor issues.

Naman Retreat is a very nice resort next to the beach and there are a couple of golf courses nearby as well. It is also close to the Airport （only 1/2 hour drive） and Hoi An Ancient town. it suits our family's needs. We booked a villa with private pool and included spa service. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed so much the massages at the SPA. The pool was really good for us when we wanted some quiet time and relaxation. Evelyn was the lady from hotel who looked after all our needs. Since it was my first time in Da Nang I relied a lot on Evelyn to help me booking limo and excursion tours. I really appreciate Evelyn‘s great service and her willingness to run extra miles to satisfied our needs （despite working late in the evening to ensure my daughter’s tailored made trousers could be delivered in the evening before we left the next morning） We had a very present stay at Naman Retreat and will come back in the future.

new, stylish, luxury resort with spacious room and good service. Good variety of food for breakfast. beautiful beach, big swimming pool. Staying on the 12/F with an endless view. Super relax stay. It's in between Da Nang and Hoi An. Easy to go in both ways. Highly recommended!

El hotel es muy bonito y tiene playa privada. Puedes quedarte en el hotel un día entero. El desayuno también es muy rico, incluye fideos vietnamitas, arroz pegajoso con mango, etc. La habitación también es muy sorprendente. La terraza y ver el paisaje de todo el hotel. De hecho, es un hotel Kai Yue, la piscina es muy hermosa, pero es una lástima que los alrededores estén realmente desolados. Solo puedes tomar un taxi hasta la ciudad. comer (hay varios restaurantes en el hotel, pero son bastante caros). Además, la piscina es apta para padres e hijos. Marriott Danang hotel is an excellent place to chill out with the multiple pools. nice ocean view and on-the-beach rooms. we stayed in those for 5 nights and have great memories of the stay. Good: They have thought of everything at the resort, small details like beach slippers, bean bags, easy access to the beach, hammocks and swings. The bar - a great place facing the ocean with a nice selection of food and drinks. We had one lunch there shooting the breeze with a chilled corona and some finger food including a pizza that was hot and cheesy. Breakfast is a one big spread . You will be spoilt for choice and that includes ice creams as well to top it off Staff: very courteous, especially the front office and the the one at the Goji restaurant. They did a great job of making a small decoration in the room for a birthday. They really take care of you! What can be improved The resort is old, but maintained very well. Can use some watersports and beach activities. No convenience stores or some restaurants near the hotel. its not a marriott issue though- you need to take a cab everytime you need to step out Food choices at the restaurant can be enhanced. but on the other hand you can always order online food and the hotel does support that.

Breakfast was delicious. So many different things for breakfast (indian, chinese, western and of course vietnamese) Resorts is 30min by taxi to han market (central Danang) They had some special offers for dinner and brunch during the christmas days. All were delicious. The staff was very kind. Especially ci and yv were so nice. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

El personal es muy amable. Puedes estar seguro de que te cuidarán siempre que estés en el resort. En nuestro primer día en la piscina infinita, cuando un miembro del personal de la piscina me vio tomando fotos de mis padres, se ofreció a ayudarnos a tomar fotos familiares e incluso se esforzó y nos pidió que nos colocáramos en diferentes lugares alrededor del área de la piscina/playa y nos ayudó a tomar algunas fotos familiares realmente lindas. La playa también es muy privada, por lo que no tienes que preocuparte por perder tus cosas cuando te metes en el agua. Melia es bueno para aquellos que buscan unas vacaciones de descanso y recargar energías. Me sentí destrozado por no haber probado sus clases de fitness gratuitas porque no tenía tiempo.
