The service at Fivitel King in Da Nang is seamless. The staff from the reception area, catering and cleaning are all so friendly and will always acknowledge you. The roof top bar with its panoramic views and the two pools is simply a great place to make friends or spend time out and recover from the sightseeing in Da Nang.  The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all  a traveller would need.  The breakfasts provide a wide variety of Asian and western foods. Again the staff are on the ball and so very helpful.

Visité el gimnasio una vez, no tiene nada de especial, es prácticamente igual que la mayoría de los gimnasios de los hoteles. Estaba en el piso 18 y había un olor extraño y desagradable fuera de mi habitación y a lo largo del vestíbulo del ascensor. Pasé por otros pisos y no encontré ese olor.

El hotel es muy bonito y tiene playa privada. Puedes quedarte en el hotel un día entero. El desayuno también es muy rico, incluye fideos vietnamitas, arroz pegajoso con mango, etc. La habitación también es muy sorprendente. La terraza y ver el paisaje de todo el hotel. De hecho, es un hotel Kai Yue, la piscina es muy hermosa, pero es una lástima que los alrededores estén realmente desolados. Solo puedes tomar un taxi hasta la ciudad. comer (hay varios restaurantes en el hotel, pero son bastante caros). Además, la piscina es apta para padres e hijos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Danang Marriott Resort and Spa. It was me, my wife, my 2 year old, and 5 month old. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced in our travels in southeast Asia, with a wide variety of Asian and Western cuisines. We especially enjoyed the Bahn Mi and ice cream stations. We were given complimentary alcoholic drinks (2 per adult, per day) because we were staying for 5+ nights. This was nice surprise. There were 5 or 6 pools to choose from, with varying sizes. We especially enjoyed the lounging area that was between the toddler pool and main pool, which allowed us to be with our kids but also cool down when needed. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. The waves were a little rough, but a great option for cooling down. There were plenty of loungers by the pools and the beach. The beach bar service was great, with drinks and food coming out efficiently. The staff were all amazing. We did not have any bad experiences with them during our 6 day stay. They were friendly and playful with our toddler and helped with any questions we had. My wife enjoyed the spa as she went for a massage on our final morning. The location is between Danang downtown area and Hoi An. This was great for us because we wanted to visit both areas but if you are wanting to be walking distance to restaurants, bars, sights, it might be better to choose a location closer to one of the busy areas. Overall, a fantastic trip and we look forward to returning in the near future.

I enjoyed the hotel's amenities, especially the pool and spa facilities, which provided a nice escape after a day of exploring. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to both local and international tastes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel for anyone visiting Da Nang!

Feedback on Sheraton Grand: During my recent stay, the reception service crew member, Thanh Vo, did not collect the payment from me since the booking indicated payment over the counter. This created inconvenience, as I had to contact the counter to settle the payment. Additionally, the hotel required extra procedures to process the credit card payment. Throughout this process, I had to make calls, reply to emails, and follow up, which was highly inconvenient. I hope Sheraton Grand can take note of this issue and work on improving the guest experience. Feedback on Trip.com: I would recommend adding a reminder message for users booking rooms during midnight hours (after 12 am) to avoid confusion regarding the booking date. This would help ensure users select the correct date and prevent errors during late-night bookings.

PROS: *Beautiful pool and lovely pool staff who are so helpful. *lovely customer service everywhere. *Highlight was the two little convenience stores to purchases snacks and alcohol. *Nice big balcony with chairs *Amazing Moijtos CONS: *Definitely not 5* as we came from Naman and The Sheraton which are true 5* hotels. Is fine though for a new nights and cheaper. *Damp smell in the room and coridors *Loud Aircon we couldn't use as kept thumping all night so we had to sleep with the door open and this was noisy having a baby. *Korean BBQ was soooo expensive and uncomfortable. They have ladies waiting outside and they all walk you in and then you get inside there I was like 9 more people waiting and no customers. They all stare at you. We left due to the outrageous price but also just uncomfortable. *Cash deposit required at check in. We would not stay here again and wish we had just stayed at the Sheraton but the staff are lovely and it's not the worst place I have stayed ever to be fair.
