Very convince place. But the parking guidelines so confusing. Experienced 1hour to found the parking area. View City was pretty cool Amenities was very poor and upset. Booked for 4adults, but only prepared us 3towels. Prepared us plate but no glass and cutlery. Prepared us groom but no garbage shovel. Didn't prepare Microwave for long staycation traveller. The toilet/kitchen black and dirty. The staff at least helpfull

Consider as budget lodging, cleanliness of wash room should improve

Overall an unpleasant experience staying here, would not recommend to anyone. Further details are listed below along with related images. 1. Cleanliness: Biggest issue here, I noticed dust in various areas and the bathroom didn’t appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before my arrival. There’s also bug on the bed (refer image) which made our stay felt really uncomfortable. 2. Communication: Communication with host was a challenge. There were issues that needed immediate attention but the host was slow to address them. I was informed to pay security deposit of RM100 but in the manual book it was stated only RM50 (refer image). It was also hard to find the designated parking as we were not informed of the exact location. 3. Amenities: The amenities listed in the property description were not up to par. For example, TV plug was broken (refer image), the aircond hadn’t been serviced recently, took a long time to cool the room adequately. There were strange noises & air quality seemed subpar. There’s also leakage from the fridge which we noticed the next day. The host provided towel but it was mostly not in good condition (refer image). A routine servicing and maintenance could have prevented these issues. Please improve.

Bad hotel experiences. It was very hard to find the mailbox room and reserved parking. Wasting time more than an hour. The access to the residents car park was not working, we needed to look for a security guard for help. Besides the deposit process a bit difficult and have to wait another 24 hours for the refund. The room was just okay. Got a lot of cafes nearby.

This place is very basic place. Please bring your toiletries as they dont provide any. Floor trap tersumbat.

This home stay in tamarin square not good to stay, we are not confortable to stay there,so dirty they nvr change the bedshit after someone go out from there, and allowed another person and also like to take deposit after we book in trip apps, after mrg they send msg ask to check out like they push us out at 10.30am, yesterday wen we book they inform after return key will transfer the depo but after return said 24 hrs... We tired stay in this homestay and also we nvr get like this experiance since we like to book hotels in trip apps
