I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by staff member Monsieur Bryan.
On 16th March 2025, Sunday @10am, after checking out of the hotel and preparing to continue my journey, I encountered an unexpected issue—a completely deflated front tire on my rental car. Monsieur Bryan went above and beyond his duties to assist me. He patiently helped troubleshoot the issue, contacted the vehicle recovery service, and communicated fluently in French to ensure the recovery team received all the necessary details. Thanks to his prompt and professional assistance, my car was back on the road within an hour.
I am truly grateful for Monsieur Bryan’s dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. His outstanding service made a stressful situation much more manageable. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to him, and I hope his excellent work is recognised.
