Super 8 by Wyndham Crossville TN

Super 8 in Crossville, Tn exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very large and well lighted. The window overlooked the swimming pool, although it was closed for the season (mid October). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. The only offerings were cereal or waffles, no fruit or yogurt. Otherwise it was 5 star motel.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice room. Problem was that there was a party going on outside our room on a patio. From 1230 to 4 o’clock in the morning, there was a group of girls in the room next to us that fought. You could hear them cussing each other out and slapping each other around. You could hear it all the way down the hallway. Nobody did anything about it. When I said something the next day, The person at the desk said that if I would have reported it, it would’ve been taken care of. It is hard for me to believe that with a full house, nobody else heard it or reported it. It seemed like a party hotel.

We were there to attend a church event and it was convenient to location. Good value and Service was great. Rooms were comfortable.

We paid for another night to stay in yet they don’t remember us paying for it so we got kicked out and we had a crap ton of bags and the family member with the car wasn’t even here so we’re having to wait for them to even come pick us up They don’t remember us paying for another night even though we did and it’s very hot outside too.

I usually stay at the motel a couple of times a year. Once in May and again in August as I travel with a bluegrass band. Have been staying here for years and have never had a bad experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable and parking is readily available and easily assessable. The motel is directly off of Interstate 40 so there's an easy on and off to continue your trip. There's also a gas station/ convenience store directly beside the motel to stop, gas up, and grab a few snacks. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out is always simple and no one at the motel has ever refused a request. Anyone having a complaint about this property, I suspect, are incredibly hard to please.

Bad very bad tried to keep 100. What a joke. Dont lose their tiny slip of paper or you lose 100. Guy made me stand there as he literally read word for words rules of motel pointing to each word. Not professional

We enjoyed our stay here. We were only here one night and it was quiet and comfortable. We were disappointed to learn that the pool was closed indefinitely and the snack vending machine wasn't working.

The lady that checked us in at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. The room was comfortable and decorated very nicely. The breakfast was exactly what they explained to me when I called and inquired about the room, so I wasn't disappointed when there wasn't eggs, bacon and biscuits. There was a very musky odor in the room 1st floor. We had adjoining rooms and both were musky. I spoke to manager about the musky smell and she said that it has a musky odor because the cleaning ladies turn the AC units on 60 degrees when they clean the rooms and that is why there is a musky smell. I can't imagine that would be the reason, unless they were running all day long. I think they have a water leak that hasn't been addressed. The pool was nice, relaxing and clean. We were happy with our stay, price and location.

You can't beat this place for the price. Breakfast options are a little thin but overall it's a great value. Place was clean, outside and inside. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Great value.
