The beds are comfy and rooms are spotless, location is ideal for going to Carmarthen. All staff are helpful especially Shannon on the desk.

Upon entering I’m immediately greeted with a warm welcome they ask you how your day is going, this I love as I could be having a bad day and by simply being kind to another person has a huge impact. I stay here frequently as I travel for business, the place is immaculate I also let my associates know that this is the place to stay as you don’t often find hotels with professional staff

I came here with my family as we were on our way to Tenby, I have to say that this was one of the best experiences staying at a Traveloge, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was freshly cleaned, we will definitely come back here as it is affordable and comfortable, and very pleasant overall, Also there is a Starbucks right next to the travelogue, were the food and coffee was delicious. The parking here is also free and there are plenty of places to get food.

What I enjoyed: The bedroom itself was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The bed and bedding provided a restful night’s sleep. Areas for improvement: Shower water pressure: The water pressure was noticeably low, which made showering less comfortable than expected. Housekeeping attention to detail: There were a few dead spiders and cobwebs in the corners of the room, suggesting the cleaning could have been more thorough. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would be happy to recommend Travelodge to friends and family—but I hope these issues can be addressed to make future stays even better.

Great staff, clean rooms. Just a perfect place to set as a base for exploring south Wales Close to beaches and shops and a Starbucks opposite Manager was fab and couldn't do enough to help us or give recommendations for places to go with the children

Nice and clean place to stay, well maintained and staffs are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. Access to the place is very easy , also very quite and calm place with with very good parking facility for free :-) highly recommend this for the people visiting wales / Carmarthen

I stayed at Travelodge_Llanelli_Cross_Hands-Llanelli_Carmarthenshire_Wale on the 27th-29th may 2025, So l paid 63 quid a night and I stayed for two night, set up the total not including breakfast ££126. Including breakfast £23 the grand total came to a the Gran total came to £150 and this is what you get from this Travelodge! I do not recommend at all! The only good thing here is the parking, and that's a stretch, there's no staff at the welcome desk when you walk it, I waited about 20 minutes to get my key when I arrived, mould on my pillow see photo below. the bathroom light was very temperamental, and the shower has no water pressure at all! Just a bad experience all in all!

My partner and I have stayed countless times at travelodge cross hands. The staff are always great and remembered us from previous visits so was great to be welcomed by a friendly face upon arrival. Rooms are spotless and we sleep great here. As always we will return to cross hands ideal location with everything you need within walking distance. Perfect for a quick getaway

Really clean rooms, staff are so helpful this is why I always come back here, best Travelodge by far, nothing is ever too much when I ask for assistance.breakfast is great and there is ample parking, as always I will definitely return. See you soon
