Premier Inn Bristol Cribbs Causeway (M5, J17)

Hi the breakfast was nice the 2 ladies who work there Jayne and Vanessa they are absolutely lovely and kind so helpful we had a family of 16 and the way they dealt with it was really professional and had a smile on there faces and helped us so much.

Excellent has always been.We arrived at the hotel and the member of staff on reception was a true gentleman very friendly and nothing is too much bother for them .We chose the meal deal and wasn’t disappointed it’s well worth it and the food was excellent and lots of choice .The room was top premier inn standard very nice and clean and modern .Thanks for making our stay a nice on

Fantastic hotel, shame about the confusion on the parking. Rooms good ,food good Breakfast fantastic great duo lovely ladies Aleena & Helen entertained my guys they were very kind and attentive for breakfast just very friendly! We are already booked in to come back 😀

Actually we didn't stay at the Hotel this time, although we frequently use Premier Inns and can't praise them enough, but we were unfortunate enough to have our car break down whilst having a meal at the Redwood Farm Carvery next door. The RAC were called at 9.20 p.m. and they said that they would get someone to us between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. so although the staff at the Redwood Farm were happy enough for us to use their loo whilst they were open we had a problem after closing and the lovely staff at the Premier let us use the loo until the car was started. The RAC didn't get to us before the car decided to start of it's own accord at 5.20 ish. Thank you so much Holly at the Premier for being so sweet. You are the best. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the man who was on duty with you but you were both lovely. Thank you.

The room was comfortable and not poky. I liked the simple decor, no frills or nonsense and the colours were not over stimulating. My major criticism was the TV and the remote control which was very poor.

Where do I even start.. I have not came here by choice but due to personal circumstances and let’s just say I’ve never felt I’ve had a home before. Even though this has been treated as my ‘temporary accommodation’, it doesn’t feel like it. This is the first time I’ve felt actually at home as weird as it sounds.. obviously the room is great, food and service is fantastic but the heart and soul of this place is definitely all of the staff.. night and day. I have met some of the most wonderful people, these guys deserve the world, they do not need to necessarily go above and beyond but they will and do. I cannot put into words how grateful I am to have ended up here despite my circumstances. The staff are just absolutely incredible, I can’t remember all names and don’t want to leave anyone out so unfortunately I cannot name you all but you all know who you are.. you have all been so wonderful and I really do just want to thank you and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone over any that I’ve ever visited/ been to. Honestly just thank you to all you beautiful, lovely people, I appreciate you all + visitors if you’re looking for a nice place to stay, definitely come here - the best staff, lovely food, great service, beautiful rooms and quiet, what more could you want?!
