Hôtel Aster

I had the worst experience ever!!! The description from the room is completely wrong. I travel with my husband and my 4 month old baby, I chose the comfort room expecting to have a kettle to warm the baby milk, fridge to keep the baby milk, toothpaste and brush and at least a bottle of water but nothing! No housekeeping during Sunday. The room is completely empty, bed supper small, nothing available in the room and during the night no one is working at all. No person to ask for anything or not even a dispense machine to get a bottle of water. Because I had no conditions to stay with my baby, I divided to contact trip.com to cancel the rest of the days and I would change to another hotel. I was able to get the refund for the last 2 night so we decided to go to the hotel to retrieve the last thing we had left there, for my surprise I got to the hotel and the room was already been given to someone else and they took all my stuff away without even trying to contact or say anything, I got really upset and lost some of my belonging because the hotel said I left nothing there and they tried to contact the housekeeper but apparently she wasn’t reachable. I had the worst experience ever, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. I paid 83€ a night for nothing, only lost money and could stay in a cheaper one with better conditions near there. Worst hotel to stay in this area. If you have a baby, please, don’t go there because they have no conditions to accommodate a family.

Un établissement en perdition. A éviter. Depuis plusieurs années, la qualité de cet hôtel n'a fait que baisser à un point tel qu'il faut essayer de trouver ailleurs. La crise économique, le COVID, les hausses des tarifs de l'énergie sont des prétextes faciles pour justifier les difficultés actuelles de cette etablissement. Comment font les autres pour non seulement résister mais également investir ???? Ce n'est pas en se montrant méprisant vis à vis de la clientèle qui exprimeraient son mécontentement qu'on fera revenir sa clientèle. A cause de tout cela, il est hors de question de revenir et de conseiller cet établissement. Quant aux responsables de cette déchéance, qu'ils se remettent en question au lieu de rejeter en permanence leur piètre appréciations

Excellent séjour pour le travail qualité prix très correct hôtel à recommander personnels chaleureux et accueillant dîner parfait et petit déjeuner très correct par rapport au prix. Je recommande cet hôtel pour de court ou long séjour environnement agréable
