As a group of 5, we had breakfast this morning. Jayne was our waitress, Kim the chef! They were very accommodating to my gluten free needs. Jayne couldn’t have done more to help this morning. We had poached eggs and vegan sausages cooked for us. Thank you.

The team working in the evening in the 16th of March and I feel their level of service went above and beyond what I would have expected. Thank you for being so kind. I had booked the room for my dad, but he was hospitalised in the area after a significant accident. The team were brilliant during a call and check in and made my life so much easier when travelling to get to where my dad was.

We had breakfast this morning at the spitfire , Jayne really looked after us and made our morning great , I must add that the food for breakfast who was made by chef Jake was delicious Keep up the good work and look forward to returning again 👍👍👍👍👍

The heater in room 228 is so noisy , it needs attention, kept me awake till I switched it off and then I was cold. Breakfast Jayne was the only waitress on duty , running around trying to care for us all, she was so gracious and kind. Too much for one person !!!! Please have more staff. Had the chef Jake - food was good Please take care of your hardworking staff. The management need to pay attention. No complaints about my stay.

This was a nice hotel with very welcoming friendly staff. The food was very good especially the breakfasts which catered to every taste and plenty for everyone. Jayne and Darnell the chef were particularly helpful at this hotel showing us where everything was in the adjoining restaurant. The room was very nice and clean with a lovely hot shower and plenty of water. The bed was very comfortable after a nice day out. Would we visit another time most definitely.

Great value for money, straightforward booking and check-in and very comfy bed and room .... followed by a scummy breakfast. Everything was smooth running, ample parking space and a quiet location but easy to get to from the motorway. We'll be back soon.

A Premier Inn stay that was just as it should be: friendly staff at reception, a quiet, clean and well equipped room with a comfy bed and the usual enormous fluffy white towels. Meals were hot, generous portions and service was quick, efficient and friendly. I should note that when two non-English speaking men were checking in, the receptionist continued to speak quickly and made no effort to simplify her instructions - we felt sorry for the guests.

Great breakfast and top service. Will come back here again 100%. A great stop when going to Liverpool for the football. Thank you to Jayne and Darnell for being so attentive and making sure we had everything we needed. Charging points outside was a bonus
