Premier Inn Stafford North (Hurricane)

Stayed just for one night on 03/04/25 with my wife and daughter. Location- Just off a busy road and close to M6. The town centre I would say is around 2 miles away. Room- the room was clean and had everything you could need. Room probably could do with some updating, not as nice as some of the other premier inns I have stayed in previously. We asked for a cot which was included but this was not made up and had no mattress. The cot was also too small for my daughter who is 22 months. We asked at the reception but there was no other cot size we were told. The other premier inns we have stayed in do have bigger cot sizes so could not understand this. Luckily, we had our own travel cot with us so had to use this instead. We were allocated room 214 which was looking at the back of the hotel, looking onto the busy road. I wouldn’t say we had a relaxing sleep as the road is loud and there are plenty of sirens going past through the night. Sadly, probably wouldn’t stay again.

My second time staying at this hotel, as always the bedrooms were nice and comfy. Breakfast was cooked by Paula, which tasted amazing. Had the pleasure of being served by the lovely Darnell again, it was quite busy and he had no issues running around ensuring everyone was served at the highest standard. These guys have a real gem on their hands!

We had a brilliant stay, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable, reception staff welcoming The highlight was definitely breakfast, the service was excellent the staff so friendly and helpful. All thanks to Paula and the team. THANKS SO MUCH! Monty.

The staff is so kind I loved it and I’d definitely recommend to come here and the beds are so comfortable, the food is amazing and I can’t wait to come back if I ever do again the pillows are so fluffy and the rooms are really clean and smell good From Aiden

The staff at this Premier Inn are very pleasant. In particular in the dining room - very friendly and welcoming - and at the desk too. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast very good too. Also having the Shire Horse next door is brilliant - excellent food! Our daughter’s and granddaughter’s dance school always stay here each year - it’s consistently good.

Excellent stay at a great Premier Inn. First class customer service, staff couldn't have done more. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Room was excellent - comfy, clean and quiet. A restful night was just what was needed. Delicious breakfast too, served with a smile. Perfect.
