Well, where do I begin? We chose this hotel asl it is close to Gatwick. However, on entering we thought we were arriving at one of those American motels you see criminals go in on a movie. The hotel is very dated and could do with a lick of paint. The bathroom in our room could also do with a lick of paint, some new skirting board, oh, and a total rip out and refeb. The beds were umcfortable and need need replacing. The view from the room was just amazing. Rubbish, bushes and a wall. The place is extremely dated and needs to be ripped out and re done. The only positive thing here were the staff. All lovely and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at the premier inn. The room are well kept with temperature control systems, comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The restaurant was amazing with a relaxing atmosphere, both the breakfast and dinner were great, my special thanks goes to Helen in the restaurant, she went above and beyond to make all the guests feel good and receive the extra that they wanted. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is quiet and has a good central location. There is a great atmosphere and special mention on exceptional service at breakfast from Helen (Server) and Eisha (Chef), who went the extra mile in customer satisfaction and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful staff. Probably the best PI I have stayed at. Rooms are a little tired but no different from most of the premier I .i have been told that the hotel is due for an update. I can’t say how wonderful the staff are. Chatty and welcoming. The food was great and served with a smile. Only one j down from Gatwick airport. Thank you for your hospitality. X Lee

Outside looked drab. Staff were very helpful. Not much parking. Overlooked onto a roof full of rubbish. No heating in bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Needs refurbishment. Have stayed in better Premier Inn. Went to Toby Inn for breakfast.

Great location, quiet comfy hotel, clean rooms with good free wi-fi and plenty of free parking. I had an excellent sleep followed by a great start to the day with a hot tasty breakfast cooked and served with a smile by Eisha and Helen, both a credit to PI. All in all a 5* stay

Hotel was very dated. When arriving to the room we noticed that the toilet had been used and not flushed in what seemed like a while which made the bathroom and room smell even after spraying multiple times. Breakfast was nice but had to order hot food which took a long time to arrive. Staff were friendly. Good location for us. Loved that both my children had separate single beds. Beds were not as comfy as other Premier Inn's we've stayed in.

Lovely welcome when arrived. Accessible room was clean but be mindful that the hotel only has a lowered bath with rails. This worked for us but might not for all. Ate in the bar/ restaurant twice for dinner. Good options and what we had was really good. The staff were friendly but despite the restaurant and bar being almost empty on both nights, the service was slow. Big shout out to Kristel who is a star. Such a bubbly and friendly woman and always happy to help.

Lovely stay at this hotel, really easy to find, quick check in, vending machine for drinks which is a good touch, super comfortable bed, really quiet, lovely breakfast in the morning with kids eating free! Kristel was fantastic, we was a large family all booked in & she did amazing! Defo missing a trick not having the restaurant or bar open before 5pm though on weekdays, you lost out on a lot of money as the large family gathering had to go elsewhere on arrival for a late lunch
