Absolutely appalled by the new cost cutting excerise with the "restaurants". I thought it was a one-off at my stay last week, at a different location, but sadly no. Firstly I'll say, it's not really the staff's fault, more the over paid big-wigs creaming the profits. I used to prefer your venues, but if this is the direction your heading, then forget it! Firstly, half the food order was missing, didn't have any, so had to be changed. Then part of my original order arrived, explained this had been changed due to stock issues, then they tried to give it to another customer. 😂. It gets better (sarcasm), my starter & main meal arrive at exactly the same time, without the extra gravy that was ordered, AND then found out they had no vinegar, after waiting over ten minutes for someone to bring some. Needless to say, I didn't really enjoy my cold food, once it was eventually received. I suppose it was good that I wasn't the only one that had wrong, cold, incomplete, badly prepared/cooked food, or all of the above, in the "restaurant" tonight, well as they say, misery loves company. I won't speak for anyone else, they all seemed to be leaving their own reviews anyway, talk about trying to run before you can walk. Completely spoilt my night, after an already stressful day. Very sad times for Premier Inn.
