Everything was 5 stars The food was really good an tastefull with amazing presentation. Love the location...the building is beautifull just as you would expect..great .the service. The place was really clean and the staff really helpfull. Would defenly comeback and recomend it

The Old Inn has become a regular spot for us. We love the mix of old and new. It has such a relaxed atmosphere and staff are excellent. The spa is very unique and we love that even with a full house, the spa never feels overly busy. We try to visit at least two/three times a year to unwind and look forward to our next trip.

The best experience ever! My husband’s birthday and they very kindly upgraded us to the junior suite, the food, staff, treatments was outstanding! A hidden gem! We will definitely be back xx

We were down for Father’s Day lunch and it was amazing. Service was incredible and food was amazing. There was a set menu and it was great. We love coming here for special occasions it’s always great. I had a Hugo spritz and it was unreal Others had wine and soft drinks. Food was incredible and alot for me what you are paying. We will be back very soon

Our recent stay at The Old Inn for our 25th anniversary where we were married was excellent. Malcolm helped us in booking, ensuring everything was arranged smoothly. Upon arrival, we were delighted by the anniversary cards—a warm and welcoming touch. We spent the afternoon at the treetop spa, which exceeded our expectations. Later, we enjoyed a delicious meal at the Scullery restaurant, where Karen surprised us with a complimentary glass of Prosecco upon learning of our anniversary. The room was immaculate, reflecting the high standards we remembered, and the staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Every request was met with genuine hospitality and a willingness to assist. While some things have evolved over the past 25 years, such as the addition of the Tree Top Spa, The Old Inn still maintains the charming atmosphere we loved from our first visit. We will be returning to The Old Inn and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway.

Emailed complaint already and received no reply. Food was absolutely terrible, my partner was unable to eat the steak he ordered as it was like rubber he had 2 bites of it. The chicken I ordered was extremely dry. My partner made this known to staff that we could not eat the food when paying and nothing was done to rectify this. Bedroom was insanely warm even with the fan on and window open. Loud music from bar below could be heard in room. We had breakfast included however we did not attend after the food at dinner we did not have high hopes for the breakfast. Had really high expectations for this place and was unfortunately very disappointed.

Absolutely amazing spot to stay only regret is we didn't stay for 2 nights.. food was great and the staff were super friendly our room was good had everything you needed and best of all the spa was amazing especially the heated pool will be back in the future...

My sisters and I had a fabulous relaxing day yesterday at the Old Inn spa in Crawfordsburn. The spa was perfect for us and our bespoke treatments by the lovely Katie were absolutely incredible leaving us so relaxed and feeling amazing as we finished out experience with an excellent lunch in the beautiful restaurant. We will be returning to the Old Inn for treatments and for the spa experience in the near future.

We had a very relaxing weekend. Arrived for check in and very handily for such a trip they let us split the bill. Also we were 5 girls so we had a carriage room for 2 with two singles and then a carriage room that had a double and two singles for the other three which was so nice. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. There were plenty of towel and robes and flip flops. There is safe, coffee machine, hair dryer and a fridge with some soft drinks and water. We headed to the treetop top spa which has a heated pool, a hot top, a sauna and a steam room. There also is a cabana and further room to relax in. It’s very quiet and small but lovely and we spent nearly 4 hours there. We also went back the next morning! They bring drinks from the spa which you can then charge to your room. We then had a meal included in the restaurant which was really nice. In the morning you get a breakfast from a menu and then some continental items in a buffet. All really nice. We had a lovely stay and we would definitely return. Staff were all really friendly but not intrusive.
