There services are very bad also the behavior of the receptionist is so rude and they can't help us properly. The main problem is that the room is not well furnished and they give us used and dirty washroom sandals for use. Washroom is also old design. The swimming water is so dirty that they didn't clean it properly.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in March 2023. The hotel room was dated, dirty and needed updating, especially the bathroom (see pics). There was no housekeeping which was a surprise and therefore added to the experience. The breakfast was laughable and disappointing, the whole breakfast area was a mess which is down the the clients of the hotel as well as lack of hotel staff keeping things clean and tidy. I walked back out after taking pics and I ended up having breakfast on both mornings at a local cafe with tea and paratha which was delicious. Lastly the hotel was advertised as beach front which it is not, it is close to the beach but the main positive of this hotel is the location, close to the airport, close to the beach with many markets walking distance. I did also eat at the hotel restaurant upon arrival, I ordered Chicken Jal Fry, rice, Dhall, as well as fried chicken, stir fry and other bits which I got to say was actually delicious. Honest opinion is that you can stay at other better hotels for a similar price so I suggest you review all your options before booking to stay here.

Room was very dirty. Strong urine smell in the bathroom. Visible mould on the walls. Dirty floor and smelly bed sheets. Mattress was as hard as stone. After a shower, the whole bathroom floor would be flooding with water the rest of the evening. We changed room once, but the new was only a little bit better. Breakfast tasted ok, but was very undelicate and messy. Tables in the breakfast area were dirty and “clean” plates and spoons were not clean. There was loud live music outside until almost midnight every night - impossible to sleep before that. Staff mostly did not speak good English. There was no coffee available like the homepage states. And the internet was slow and unstable. Good: Staff was friendly and responsive. AC, electric kettle and complementary water and tea in the room. Great location, near beach and city. Good price. Nevertheless, I would not come here again.

Kollol is a very budget friendly family likely hotel. Rooms are spacious enough and the position of the hotel provides you sea view. The Laboni point beach market is just opposite of the hotel which save you a lots of time. And they have a pretty good open air live BBQ and kabab arrangements. The cons are there is no swimming pool or any activities which can be focused. But if you're thinking to have a family time to roaming outside and a standard arrangements for staying then Kollol could be a best choice.

I stayed in non Ac room, it was average. but Breakfast was very good, cleaner were responsible and beach was very close from hotel, that's great. only receptionist service were very poor and untrained for well communication.
