we spend a week in Franklin area every year, found the location to be very convenient. Kitchen was well stocked. GPS directions were awful but owner directions were great. Very nice to have trash collection site so close. very enjoyable trip

Well maintained Property, fully equipped right down to a garlic press and a funnel. Everything operational and in good working order. Secluded, but only 15 minutes from down Town. Wifi was excellent. Din’t watch TV so can’t comment other that to note there was one in the living room and in each bedroom. Lord willing and the creek don’t rise, we hope to be back next year

Nice place Nice and clean. Refrigerator needs to be looked at. It’s very noisy. Lots of lightbulbs need to be replaced. Other than that, it’s great and I’d recommend it to friends.
