La ubicación del hotel era difícil de recorrer sin un vehículo, pero si subes a lo largo de la orilla del río Samjang-ro, puedes obtener una hermosa vista de la puesta de sol. Las instalaciones del hotel eran excelentes, pero era lamentable que hubiera restricciones en las instalaciones debido al coronavirus. Hay muchos restaurantes y restaurantes de comida rápida en los alrededores, pero no hay opciones de entretenimiento interesantes.

La cuestión no se resuelve hasta después, a las 10pm aproximadamente. Aproximadamente una hora después de eso es hora de la cama, así que el 95% de la televisión, microondas, etc, se limpió. Cuando puse la llamada en Trip,.com hace unos meses, no recibí seguimiento hasta anoche. La otra noche el llamante quería un feedback sobre mi habitación. Me pasé por todo lo que había ocurrido. También quería input sobre cómo podrían mejorar. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil, pero se centra en la etiqueta y la satisfacción de los clientes. El servicio al cliente/la satisfacción se está convirtiendo en inexistente .

Very vibrant hotel! Much lobby, Coppin bar area, activities with weddings and proms. Our room was spacious, well appointed with contemporary updates which added to comfortable living. Highly recommend for any visit to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Convenient parking, easy access to hotel. Will make this our “go to” when visiting family and friends in the area.

NICE LOCATION, NICE SPACIOUS ROOM, WE LOVED THE HAPPY HOUR AND APPETIZERS AND JUST A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. VERY COMFORTABLE BED (PILLIOSW NOT SO MUCH) SHOWER GOT REALLY HOT WHICH WE REALLY APPROECIATED. ONLY ISSUE FOR US IS THAT WE DID HAVE A PET SMELL THAT WAS UNBEARABLE AT TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY DONT BELIEVE OUR ROOM HAD A PET IN THERE BEFORE OUR STAY. I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES AND SNEEZED ALL NIGHT LONG

Nice hotel that presents well. It's not in a ”bad” part of town, per se, but it also felt a little more industrial around it than expected. Doesn't have a distinct ”hotel smell” that's usually tied to chlorine or cleaners. Amenities were nice and the room was clean. Someone had pooped on the side of the pool when we had arrived, although that wasn't any fault of the hotel. It was promptly closed for the night and reopened the next morning. Staff was friendly and we can't say there were any real snags. It was a little strange that we booked a room with a king bed and pull-out sofa bed for 4 people, yet upon arriving to the room, there wasn't any linen or pillows for the pull-out sofa. We had to ask for linen, and it was promptly delivered to our room, it just seemed off that we booked the room clearly for 4 people and didn't have the linen for it.
