Sandpipers is a 150 year old ex-fisherman's cottage ideally situated in the heart of East Looe. It is arranged over 3 floors, set in a quiet traffic free lane and only metres from Looe's sandy beach, picturesque working fishing harbour and bustling promenade, with all the town's facilities on your doorstep. Sandpipers has been extensively refurbished, including a new kitchen and wet room, whilst keeping it’s original character. This also has a 24h electrical charging station on site.Hannafore has free on-street parking and is a ten-minute walk from the property. Princes Square ( 50 yards from the property) also is the only Square in West Looe to have 16 free parking spaces on a first-come-first-served basis. West Looe Quay is super convenient if you need a spot next to the property, but don’t intend to stay for too long. They also offer free spaces through the winter months (October-March). The self-catering cottage constructed of local Cornish stone has two bedrooms, one with king size bed, the other with two single beds. The cottage is located within a rural setting with valley views across towards Bodmin , St Austell, The Moors. The cottage has a lounge/diner with patio doors leading to an extensive garden, a fully fitted kitchen, (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle ,coffee percolater , iron ,ironing board) and a fully fitted walk in shower . The cottage also has storage facilities, TV (included within bedrooms and living room),Full fibre fast wifi included, extensive car parking and full central heating. Bedding and Linen are also provided.
