Las Caletas Village

Booked with Jet 2 , hire car included . They have now introduced a £70 insurance tariff on your hire car when you collect it. Arrived late at night . Instructions to find and to get into villa were very easy to follow. Excellent big villa over 3 floors. Kitchen well equipped including a small washing machine which we used everyday and put the clean clothes back in the case. Less washing when you come home. Welcome pack of water, wine ,choclate milk for the kids some fruit and muffins. Basement had a ping ping table and some games for the kids, also had 2 couches Ground floor had the kitchen , large living fining area with hifi , tv with basic channels and access to international channels through the wifi hub . There is also a shower room on this level and a small office space. 1st floor had 3 bedrooms , master was huge with kingsize bed , huge walk in wardrobe abd a massive en suite with shower and jacuzzi bath. There is also a big hairdrier. This room had air con 2nd bedroom with twin beds , chest of drawes and fitted wardrobe.and a balcony off it, this room had aircon 3rd bedroom had a double bed fitted wardrobe chest of drawersthisnroom had no air con but did have a large fan. There is also a large family bathroom on this floor with a bath with shower over it. There are plenty towels, pool towels and extra sheets. There is no cleaning service at these villas apart from the pool was cleaned once a week. There is a brush and mop etc should you need to use it There is a great big out door area which includes a large dining area , there are 6 sun longers for around the pool . You get the sun on the pool area from around 9am and there all day. There is also a bbq. The 2 hire cars we had had to be parked outside the villa in the street as the driveway is locked. The villa is on the ouskirts of Costa Tequise so the cars were a god send.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful villa. Would love to stay again. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, water, chocolate milkshake, 4 apples, and 4 cupcakes. After a late check-in, it was needed. The pool is not heated, but you don't need it to be. As the heat is so intense, sometimes you need to cool down in the pool, and your body soon adapts. It's beautiful. Rooms are spacious and all immaculate. Our room was like a honeymoon suite with a corner jacuzzi bath for 2, a double shower and twin his and her sinks, also a huge walk in wardrobe. Gorgeous views from our balcony with mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Games room in the basement and an extra beautiful bathroom and a downstairs shower toom. It is all modern and clean. Lots of light in the villa with patio doors in nearly every room. Plenty of sun loungers round the side near bbq. A laundry room with ironing board, iron, and washing machine, although the washing machine is in Spanish and no instructions on what each dial means, we managed it ok though. Hairdryers under the sinks also, so you don't need to pack those. It's a 45 min walk into the main town & and beach, but buses come regularly & taxis are super quick. We rang them, put the phone down, and they were at our door. The taxis are 3€-5€ . The Villa is the first drop off from the airport transfer & took all of 7 mins, yet it's not near enough to hear any planes, lol. 100% recommend.

Where do I start , the villa I stayed in was absolutely huge. it was very clean, had plenty of towels, it had everything you need from an iron, washer and hair dryer down to 3 frying pans. This was undoubtedly the best villa I have been to. Costa teguise is around a 30/40 minute walk so I would advise renting a car but if you don't mind walking it's not too bad. There's a Lidl around 4 minutes drive away and a spar about 6 minutes walk away.the pictures looked amazing but honestly they don't do this property justice as it's even better in person. I went by previous reviews when I booked this and I'm so glad I did. The pool was very clean, it was abit cold but only as cold as previous pools I visited. There's plenty to do in Costa teguise, buggy rides, jet skis, diving. I could go on all evening but click the book button and test it out for yourself you will not be disappointed

Villa is fantastic , everything you need and more. Area is about 5 mins taxi drive from Costa teguise, taxis cost around €5 one way, shops and garage near by. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms had air conditioning, which resulted in the kids sleeping in the living room. **A WORD OF WARNING** The kitchen is next to the patio, which resulted in people coming in and dripping water all over. This resulted in me slipping over and damaging my knee, please be careful

We arrived late on the Saturday night, after collecting our information pack and car from the airport. We drive the short 15 minute drive to the villa. Witht the pack information we collected the keys from the key box and entered the villa and disabled the alarm. Everything you need is here already. In all 3 bathrooms you have enough toilet rolls for your stay, there is also cleaning supply's for the washing machine and dishwasher, or I'd you prefer washing by hand there is dish soap and sponge. Around the pool you will find enough loungers for everyone and even some pool floating and balls. You will find the euro spar just a short 7 min walk, where you will find everything you need. The bin center is just located at the end of the road towards the coast, they do encourage recycling. In the centre of costa teguise you will find many shops and bars. This was knly a short 10 min drive max. We extended our villa stay due to departure from villa being 10am and our flight not till 7pm. This only cos us an extra 90 euro which we were more than happy to pay. This allowed us to stay in the villa till we needed to leave for the airport and be fresh for the night travel. We had a mid week cleaning service come round, they checked on the pool and checked the sheets and towels for you. Overall we have had a fantastic stay and would recommend.

Excellent villa, very clean and spacious. With everything you need for a wonderful family holiday for some peace and quiet. Villa came with all amenities that you need. The pool was lovely but very cold but once you're in, it's great. The barbecue was well used during our stay and there was a eurospar within walking distance with everything that you can buy. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are lovely. If you're heading into Costa Tequise, it's about 30 minutes walk or more. Shops and restaurants are about 20 minutes' walk. There is a brilliant cafe close by El Palmera, just above eurospar, which we enjoyed most days at breakfast or lunch. Taxis are very and there is a very good bus service aswel.
