Brutia Mom&Son

We stayed here with our family July 2024, and everything was awesome. Rooms were clean, and place was secure. Unfortunately there were no toiletries. We had some trouble with the power at the beginning of our stay, but the lovely lady next door to us helped. I think was the owner. The only flaw is the lack of parking. On the booking it states there is parking on the premises, but that is not true. There is paid parking down the street for almost 20 € per night, or you need to find free parking almost a block away. We were lucky one night to find parking right in front of the establishment, but then again public parking. The b&b does NOT have their own designated parking. Their booking needs to be updated. Also just to note, the air conditioning works like a charm, although it’s on a timer or the owners come into the room to shut it off when you leave. Each time we re enter the room, the air-conditioning is off, and it’s super hot in the room. Which isn’t the most ideal, but it doesn’t take long for it cool. Otherwise our stay was right in city center and was super convenient as we were able to walk strait into the town. Just a heads up, when you turn on the bathroom faucet make sure not to pull it too hard or it will spray all over you. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay here!

Indiscutibile punto di forza del b&b è la posizione in quanto si trova in pieno centro, a due passi dalla zona più gradevole del corso principale della città. Difficilissimo purtroppo trovare un parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze, solo parcheggi a pagamento e strisce blu (abbiamo infatti beccato una multa). Ci è stato riservato un grazioso bilocale, in un palazzo molto datato, dotato di tutti i confort. Minifrigo molto rumoroso (lo abbiamo dovuto spegnere di notte) così come lo scaldabagno (ma è sufficiente chiudere la porta del bagno per non sentirlo). Colazione compresa costituita da snack e bevande confezionate. Host ospitali e gentili. Letto matrimoniale piuttosto comodo.
