Exceptional hotel, friendly knowledgeable welcoming staff. Easy parking. Modern upscale rooms and interior just like the photos. Spotless housekeeping. Perfect location where we didn’t hear or feel town construction for Olympics. Breakfast and dinner top end - we rate this hotel as the best we have stayed at it Italy! Grateful for wonderful care and service from Ivan in dining room who helped us with mapping and suggestions on our hiking plans, and packed us big breakfast to take with us second day. Even during the hike we were grateful we chose Camina Suite and Spa.

What a charming small hotel!! Welcoming lobby with large seating area, lots of books! Our suite had a separate sitting area with a desk and mini fridge and the large bedroom was fitted with comfortable bed which was very welcoming after hiking each day. Both rooms had large generous closets. Bathroom was well fitted with hand held shower and shower head with strong pressure. On the 4th floor is a sauna and steam shower and a quiet area with relaxing chairs. The hotel has its own restaurant where breakfast is served every morning. Buffet of different breads, spreads, fruit, pastries, yogurt is laid out. Plus there are all types of hot choices - eggs, cheese, speck, French toast etc!!! They also serve dinner and food is excellent! We had the veal cheek and apple strudel two days in a row! YUM! The first evening it was quite beautiful outside and we were sitting there where they have a comfortable seating area and a swing! They were nice enough to serve us outside so we could watch the sunset! What superb service!!!! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!!!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this lovely small hotel. The room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony with a great view, powerful shower, and small fridge for our picnic provisions, room safe and plenty of storage. Air con worked well. Breakfast was good quality, dinner was great on the one night we dined in. Location excellent for 15 min walk downhill into town (gentle gradient for the walk back). Easy to drive to main hiking destinations. The real gem of staying here though is the staff. Service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. From reception to restaurant, cooks and housekeeping. All faultless. Federica, Laura, Ivan and Carlo all highly professional and very friendly. Special mention to Federica, Laura and Ivan for tolerating my attempts at speaking Italian, and for helping me out when not so good! The staff is a true asset to this hotel, and we would love to return one day. Grazie a tutti per il vostro aiuto. A la prossima!

I loved this hotel. It is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the food is great, the parking was easy and the rooms were cozy and so clean. The spa upstairs was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Camina for 5 nights while we were getting married in the Dolomites. From the moment we walked in we were treated like family by all of the staff! Federica was extremely helpful upon our arrival and throughout our trip providing many ideas on things to see, places to hike, spots to enjoy an afternoon aperetivo, etc! The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful! The pictures online do not do it justice! We absolutely adored the decor in the room. The combination of the wood adorned rooms with the modern eco friendly features was just perfect! We stayed in the Tofano Suite and never got tired of enjoying the views from anywhere in the room! Even waking up and looking at the mountain view from the bathroom window was spectacular. The window placements were clearly well thought out! The food was absolutely incredible! Nicola and Umberto were absolutely amazing with their service in the dining room. Nicola provided many great recommendations on wine pairings with our meal choices which were just perfect! My wife and I really enjoyed the fact that our table had our room number on it as well as our bottle of wine or champagne already on the table waiting for us when we would come down for dinner! All of the staff was extremely accommodating with all of our little asks and were very good about us coming and going at odd hours on the day of our wedding! The Finnish spa was a great way to unwind and relax, and we really appreciated the fact that we were able to reserve it for 2 mornings to have some private time for ourselves! It was the perfect way to relax after some long hikes and long days of taking wedding photos up in the mountains! Umberto was extremely accommodating with the booking as well as we did adjust the time based on our return from our wedding ceremony! The location of Camina was fantastic as it was about a 15 minute walk to the main part of Cortina while being far enough away that it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. We spent 3 weeks in Italy for our wedding and honeymoon and without a doubt our favourite and the most memorable part of our trip was spent in Cortina at Camina. My wife and I are already planning our next trip to Cortina and can't wait to spend some more time at Camina! Grazie Millie per tutto! Nicole & Oreste

This was one of the most wonderful hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We came in early-mid June and found things to be relatively quiet. We were treated to a free upgrade since they had a suite open and we had the most beautiful view of the mountain with a large balcony. The bed was comfortable and the rooms had lots of storage space. We made a reservation in advance to eat in the hotel on the night of our arrival as we figured we would be tired from traveling. After the wonderful dinner with excellent service by Nicola we came back for dinner every night of our stay. Everything we ordered was very high quality, well seasoned and delicious. Breakfast was also lovely, a small assortment of buffet items and a selection of well made dishes you could order in addition included. The location is also very convenient, a 15 minute walk to the center of town and an easy drive to lots of hikes. We will absolutely be back to this wonderful gem of a hotel.
