Camina Suite & Spa

I loved this hotel. It is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the food is great, the parking was easy and the rooms were cozy and so clean. The spa upstairs was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Camina for 5 nights while we were getting married in the Dolomites. From the moment we walked in we were treated like family by all of the staff! Federica was extremely helpful upon our arrival and throughout our trip providing many ideas on things to see, places to hike, spots to enjoy an afternoon aperetivo, etc! The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful! The pictures online do not do it justice! We absolutely adored the decor in the room. The combination of the wood adorned rooms with the modern eco friendly features was just perfect! We stayed in the Tofano Suite and never got tired of enjoying the views from anywhere in the room! Even waking up and looking at the mountain view from the bathroom window was spectacular. The window placements were clearly well thought out! The food was absolutely incredible! Nicola and Umberto were absolutely amazing with their service in the dining room. Nicola provided many great recommendations on wine pairings with our meal choices which were just perfect! My wife and I really enjoyed the fact that our table had our room number on it as well as our bottle of wine or champagne already on the table waiting for us when we would come down for dinner! All of the staff was extremely accommodating with all of our little asks and were very good about us coming and going at odd hours on the day of our wedding! The Finnish spa was a great way to unwind and relax, and we really appreciated the fact that we were able to reserve it for 2 mornings to have some private time for ourselves! It was the perfect way to relax after some long hikes and long days of taking wedding photos up in the mountains! Umberto was extremely accommodating with the booking as well as we did adjust the time based on our return from our wedding ceremony! The location of Camina was fantastic as it was about a 15 minute walk to the main part of Cortina while being far enough away that it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. We spent 3 weeks in Italy for our wedding and honeymoon and without a doubt our favourite and the most memorable part of our trip was spent in Cortina at Camina. My wife and I are already planning our next trip to Cortina and can't wait to spend some more time at Camina! Grazie Millie per tutto! Nicole & Oreste

My wife and I stayed here with a friend on our first trip to Italy - WOW! The rooms are spacious and the views are remarkable. We’ve stayed at 5 star hotels across the US and abroad and have never had the level of customer service provided by the staff at Camina. Some examples: - On Monday night (when most restaurants are closed), we had forgotten to make reservations previously. We asked Federicka for dinner recommendations, on our way out to go shopping, and she immediately replied with ‘What are you in the mood for? Would you like me to make a reservation for you?’ We took her up on her offer. When we returned, we had dinner and taxi reservations booked. The restaurant was amazing - so amazing, in fact, we ended up running into her there! - Another time, we asked our restaurant for help getting a taxi back, without any luck. Given the great lengths Camina’s staff had gone through, we thought we’d call to see if they could just give us a phone number. They insisted arranging the taxi for us, themselves. There are many other detailed examples of their care and regard for their guests - far too many to list. The only down side for some may be the distance to downtown, which is about a mile. For us, the views were well worth the walk! (Of course, if you want/need a taxi, they’ll gladly arrange one!) If there were ever a place where a sixth star is necessary, this is the place. Owner(s), if you’re reading this, you have a beautiful place, but the most beautiful thing about it are your employees. Please do whatever is necessary to hang on to all of them, especially Federicka and Ivan. We look forward to coming back soon!

What an absolutely delightful hotel. Everything about the hotel, far exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful and large, the spa was great, and our breakfasts and dinners there were outstanding. Every attention to every detail in both the hotel and the meals eaten there were above perfection. The owner is very present and serves both the breakfast and dinners in the dining room. It was delightful to chat with him during our meals, and he was so helpful in answering any questions we had about Cortina or the Dolomites in general. I’d also like to give a shoutout to all the employees there, and especially the front desk staff who were so kind and helpful. We can’t wait to go back.

There is only one word for this hotel, food and staff - outstanding!!!! Beds were very comfortable. Spa was greatly appreciated after hiking all day. The robe and slippers were a nice touch especially for going to/from the spa. Not super close to the main center but could walk on the bike path. Grocery store close by.

Probably our favorite hotel. Boutique and family owned. Owner delightful. Meals included were fantastic- some of our best food on 16 tour through Italy. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. All modernized and a lot of convenience features. Thought through design. Relatively new.
