Can't recommend this little complex enough. Very spacious and location is perfect. Yes it's a little bit dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. Had to change rooms after the first night as the first room had no sun and was cold. Reception let me change the next day and the new room was just perfect. Have travelled to Corralejo many many times , but this has been one of the best places I've stayed. I will definitely be coming back.

We used our stay in the hotel only for sleep and breakfast, because during the whole three days we got to know the attractions and natural beauties of the island. The hotel is nice, new, the room is nicely furnished, the bed is comfortable. There was also a small clothes dryer on the balcony, which pleased us. At breakfast there was enough choice, excellent pastries, eggs, ham, cheeses, yogurts, cereals, cakes, but most importantly, we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance to the center of shops and restaurants was about 30 minutes. A lot for someone, just fine for us. There were enough parking spaces in front of the hotel, we had no problem parking.

Stayed here 15th Jan 2023 for a week. My husband and 1 had a 1 bed apartment no 3 overlooking the pool which was cold as this time of year does not get any sun poolside probably ideal when it is height if summer. Clean but only partially updated and the bathroom although large did not have a great shower varying shower pressure and temp. However the bonus of these apartments are their location - fabulous as smack bang off middle of main street handy for bars,restaurants and shops in new town and old town. Would stay here again if price was right but request rooms otherside of pool or overlooking beach. Easy access to apartment with key safe and the maid did only come to us twice but changed our towels when asked as well as extra toilet rolls when requested. All in all a good stay but not perfect

Arrived on time had to wait 90 minutes before room was ready first thing we discovered was no hot water so were unable to shower this was still the case in the morning, we were told by staff no hot water until the sun heats up tank?? The pool is very dirty and un maintained big bag of smelly rubbish at front door which we asked to be removed wasn’t done until noon following day when we did manage to use the shower it flooded the bedroom We have had leave and get alternative accommodation at our own expense DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Panic, Bleach, and a Killer View – Our D03 Reality Check Total panic after reading the D03 review – it was savage. I mean, yeah, it’s rated 2 stars… but the location is a solid 5 stars (and then some). Walked in expecting a disaster, but nope – the place was clean as a whistle. Was there a bit of a pong in the bathroom? Sure. Solution: bleach + air freshener = no drama. The fan’s got cardboard-ish spacers (DIY vibes), the curtain poles are doing their best Titanic impression, and the appliances are slowly rusting into retirement. Oh, and a few scuffs on the walls – shocking for a holiday rental, right? 🙄 But hey – it’s humid, it’s coastal, and people are in and out of this place constantly. It’s not a showroom, it’s a holiday base. And for that, it’s spot on. We had an absolutely fab first day. Wi-Fi? Fast. Shower? Decent. Views? Drop-dead gorgeous. Coffee table’s a bit battered, but I’ve already put my feet on it, so I’m hardly helping the situation. Bottom line: If you want spotless perfection, book a spa resort. If you’ve got a bit of common sense and want a comfy base to crash between beach trips and ice creams, this place is a win. Curious to see what I’ll say by the end of the week!

Just back from here. We had a fab 7 days. We were in 2 bed sea view D05. If your coming here expecting the earth your not going to get it. We didn't arrive till 12am and did struggle to find our room. The door is inside the restaurant with the smallest numbers on the door which were very easily missed. The living room had aircon which worked a treat, the 2 rooms had ceiling fans that done nothing but rotate the warm air. Twin room was in the main part of the apartment and a double room was situated at the back of the apartment, separated by an outside area (which is a total waste of space, that could be utilised into something great). We had free WiFi that again worked a treat. The double room had a huge comfy bed. Cleaners came in once during the week but no clean towels just a general tidy round. The outside patio area was huge with 4 sunbeds and a table & 4 chairs. It was a suntrap. We were directly above the restaurant but we heard or smelt nothing other than the singers they had on. The kitchen area was very small but we had no intention of cooking. We ate out every meal so only used the kettle. We did have ants appear most days but bug spray was in the cupboard so no biggy to us. I'd maybe take some ant traps just incase. You have a free safe which was handy and the view was incredible. All in all we had a great stay and would stay here again as it is top notch for location.
