"Lovely location, and lots of potential, but in need of investment in facilities and training. All the staff we encountered were lovely (big props to the Spaniard in the restaurant), but hotel staff were unable to assist us with: no hot water in our room (Apt 5), and no cold water in our friends room (Apt 8). Advised that as it was the weekend, nothing could be done. (I’d assume that weekends during peak season are exactly when you’d want to have staff available). Not could they assist when our friend’s smoke detector went off more than a dozen times over the weekend (including in the middle of the night), disturbing all the neighbouring apartments too. This, coupled with worn out carpets, baseboards coming away from the walls etc, meant that we had an experience that was less than expected, considering the price we paid for this accommodation."

There was a sound system playing outside, which was quite annoying if you had the window open. However, it was perfectly manageable. I would definitely book this hotel again if I am ever in the area again!"

"The booking experience was poor with no reaction to a couple of queries in advance of travelling. Use of the nearby hotel gym etc facilities is €12 per adult per visit...not clearly advised in advance. Location is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Accomodation itself was a little disappointing, particularly in the context of how much it costs to stay. For the amount paid you should not expect to see badly marked sofas, a broken drawer handle and no door on the freezer. That said, the apartment was otherwise well kitted out. Whilst comprehensive (though not entirely up to date) the local info book was rather tatty. Of biggest concern was the fumes from the heating oil tank/boiler and the cranky locking mechanism on the final exit door"

"Llegué muy temprano, así que dejé mi maleta en recepción. Mi amiga y yo salimos a hacer turismo. Después fuimos a comer y beber, pero nos perdimos. Ella regresó al hotel con mi teléfono. Llegué sin teléfono y di mis datos. Me dijeron que no había ninguna reserva. Esperé en recepción casi una hora mientras intentaban encontrarla. Finalmente la encontraron en la lista de salida. Era pasada la 1 de la madrugada, así que estaba muy cansada y lista para irme a la cama. A la mañana siguiente, en el desayuno, nos dijeron que no habían recibido la comida, así que no había salchichas ni bollería. Fue un poco decepcionante. Por lo demás, el hotel estaba céntrico y limpio, y el personal era amable."
