Crown Resorts Horizon Hotel

Everything was top notch and everyone was making sure we were having fun! The room is spacious and spotless, and we got Champagne and some snacks when we arrived. The spa is beautiful and the treatment was amazing. The food was excellent and plentiful. Very beautifully served. And the crew was always so helpful and nice.

Fantastic spa service and excellent customer service! The staff is were polite and friendly, along with providing an excellent massage. Jana was polite and very experienced, she took the time to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience. Definitely a great way to start a holiday!

Fantastic stay, staff are so welcoming & couldn’t be more helpful. Food & drinks were great. The rooms were clean and spacious and had everything you needed and more. Spa was worth a visit! Highly recommend staying here. Following on from other reviews & tips… We used horizon car hire on a cloudy day and they dropped the car off within an hour of me sending a WhatsApp message! We also stuck to the pool bar for lunch instead of the buffet and it was a great tip. Tip for fellow travellers… the pool bar does great ice cream & daiquiris if you ask as they aren’t on the menu.

Absolutely fantastic weeks stay at the hotel, the whole ambiance and attention to detail from the team from arrival to departing was amazing. We stayed all inclusive and didn’t venture out too much. From what we could see coral bey was very quiet and low key but expected that for March. Equally the weather was changeable over the week. The whole team were friendly and make for an enjoyable stay, the evening entertainment was on the whole very good- the violinist was fabulous. We enjoyed the food but as with other reviews felt the food could have been warmer. But could not fault flavour or presentation. The rooms were lovely and clean immaculate, turn down and still eating the chocolates left from turn down! I like a few others was unwell as I returned to the uk, however this was nothing f to do with the hotel or food- my other half was ill 3 days later on arrival back home and we did not eat the same things- I agree a course of a virus but not food positing. We have booked to return to paphos next year thank you all the team a lovely week away.

A very well presented hotel with wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere was clean with daily attention to the rooms. Whilst the weather for our week was not good, we had a relaxing break. Fantastic robust and comfortable sun beds. Couldn't fault the bar staff for providing our drinks and there was a vast range to choose from. If I want to be picky, my pet dislike is not having a really hot plate so the food tended to be rather cold by the time I had made my choices. Nevertheless the choice of food was good and a real experience on the a la carte evening. All in all, the week was good value for money.

We were met on arrival by friendly reception staff, this friendliness and eager to please was what we got from staff the entire time we were there. We had an inland view room which only had sun in the morning, it had a very large and very comfortable bed and a lovely modern walk in shower. A mini bar was replenished daily, 2 bottles of water, 1 coke, 1 lemonade, 2 cartons of soft drinks and 2 beers. Each evening housekeeping knocked on your door with bottles of water, 2 delicious chocolates and asked if you wanted clean towels, housekeeping was to a very high standard, and again nothing too much trouble. We stayed on an all inclusive basis, breakfast buffet, lovely freshly prepared omelettes, pancakes, fried, scrambled or poached eggs plus all the usual fruit, yoghurts and cereals. Teas and coffees and juices served at your table by the lovely smiley restaurant staff. Lunch was again buffet style in the restaurant or pool bar which served wraps, sandwiches, chicken souvlaki to name but a few, again staff at pool bar always there with a friendly face. Dinner was again buffet style but sometimes food could have been hotter. Hotel beautiful throughout, large outdoor pool, although cold I did take a dip. Coral bar about 5 mins walk, beautiful crystal clear sea and was actually warmer than the hotel pool. We visited the spa a couple of times but found it to have a sewage smell when entering the area. Full drinks menu with some delicious cocktails. My husband unfortunately became ill with sickness and diarrhoea on the last day of our holiday and had to be hospitalised for 2 days, the hospital assured us it was an outbreak of gastroenteritis which was doing the rounds in Paphos. We would like to thank the hotel for everything they did in looking after me and the concern shown to my husband.
