Crown Resorts Horizon Hotel

We came here for a couples holiday as it was my Girlfriend birthday, The Hotel it’s self was stunning you couldn’t praise the staff enough they where all really friendly and couldn’t do more for you and attention to detail was great. I went to reception to organise a birthday treat for my girlfriend which turned out that they was already aware of her birthday and had organised a cake and a bottle of fizz to the room on the day which was a lovely touch. The food was really nice different themes every night in the restaurant so always loads of choice, pool side snack bar again was great very up market as you would expect from a 5 star hotel ranging from burgers, pizza and pastas. We also booked into the spa one day for treatments which I would certainly recommend I myself got a deep tissue muscle massage from Panos couldn’t recommend him more very friendly and adjusted the pressure to suit your needs, My Girlfriend got a relaxing massage from Martina who was very professional which again was very relaxing and would certainly recommend. Overall we had a great stay was here for a week and would definitely return to this Hotel.
