The best experience we have ever had .. All adults only .. The most friendly people you could wish for .The hotel we was met with a porter who took our luggage never had that before..Hotel super clean the hotel was calming. This was just what we needed . We would give this a 5* ..

We have just returned from a week at this hotel, the hotel was ok but it’s not a 4star+ far from it. To start with the staff at breakfast was so miserable they didn’t smile and everything you ask was like they didn’t want you their, one morning we asked a staff member(Stella) if she could set our table as their wasn’t and set with people just leaving their tables, she look and we told her which table and it was so much trouble we would have done it our self’s if we would have know it was such a problem. The rooms are ment to be serviced Dailey but I didn’t expect sheets to be changed but to have a clean cup and spoon each day would off been nice a the bin in the bathroom emptied and the sink cleaned daily, but it wasn’t, the only member of staff that was really nice a very friendly was the young man on the main doors, the rest of the staff need to take a leaf out of his book. We won’t be returning to this hotel.

We stayed the last seven nights at the Thalassa Hotel in Coral Bay and enjoyed every minute. The hotel staff was extremely cooperative and attending to every request. We would like to commend especially Athina and Sumita in the Reception and sweet Sus in the dining room. We will defenetly come back and will recommend the hotel to our freinds and family.
