Great experience, zero issues! And Sharon at breakfast was a delight! Very happy with my stay in Romsey! And the lovely surrounding area really helps with an early morning wake up in the sun! Get a room with a view of the fields! It’s great! Great work

Breakfast staff are great. Good location for the hotel and had clean rooms. Breakfast was hot and had a great selection. Lots of parking. Services nearby. Vending machines in the lobby. Easy drive to and from Hythe. Sharan and Jade were running a tight ship at breakfast

Having previously stayed in premier inns all over the country, with more booked for later in the year, this is the only one I have ever been to that wasn't great. Check in was fine, outside could do with clearing up a bit fag butts everywhere etc. Things that wouldn't take alot. Check in was fine, then we got to our room. On the way I noticed the hallways had not been hoovered, there was even a nail lying. But I thought that was maybe just due to be done in the morning etc. For a family room it was tiny and dirty. Like actually dirty. The carpet had not been hoovered, the sink was dirty, the shower was mouldy, the toilet seat was stained yellow/brown, there was a hair on the bed, the remote and hair dryer were so dusty and obviously not been wiped in a long time. There was also dried up rice on the seat. I obviously went straight to reception and the lady moved us to a different room. The 2nd room was not much better. Hadn't been hoovered either, there was a toothpick under the bed, hairs in the bath, dirty toilet seat, it absolutely stunk of damp, radiator handing off the wall and carpet joining to the bathroom was a trip hazard. Having traveled 5 hours with a already upset autistic child and arriving late in the day I just cleaned the room myself the best I could with cleaning wipes. I did go back to reception and complain again, they didn't even seem phased. They just knocked the price of our breakfasts off our bill. Breakfast to be fair was brilliant, absolutely no complaints there. But I would definitely not be going back to this premier inn! Beware!

Easy to book. Room (an accessible one) very comfortable. Excellent location on the edge of the New Forest. Plenty of parking spaces (though the car park potholes need to be seen to!). First rate breakfasts with plenty of choice. very friendly staff. Good atmosphere in the hotel. we really enjoyed our stay.

Caught an old Hotel. A much earlier generation than the ones coming online now. The rooms are fine although soundproofing not ideal you could hear conversations on mobile phones in the next room. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast great will be at the breakfast room is quite cold and blaring out some awful pop music. Staff on arrival in the evening Were a bit little Britain. Spent all the time gossiping and not particularly interested in any sort of interaction. The pub next door is one of those terrible GREENE KING hungry horse pubs. The food coming out looked absolutely vile so we opted for some cheese and onion crisps out of the vending machine. It’s okay just nothing special.

Stayed here as it’s close to Peppa Pig World and that was the main reason for our trip. Bed was so comfortable, shower was amazing. Wi-fi wasn’t great, kept dropping off. Breakfast had so much choice and was really tasty. Booked as there was a bar / restaurant next door but it wasn’t nice at all, I’d try and see was the hotel restaurant open if I stayed again
