Cinco estrellas no le hace justicia a la altura del servicio provisto por el personal de Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments, Copenhagen. Bianca nos trató con cariño, comprensión y amabilidad en todo momento. Recomendado al 100%. Definitivamente, nos volveremos a hospedar allí.

Los apartamentos están totalmente equipados con lavadora - secadora, horno, microondas, etc. y todo perfectamente cuidado. El personal de recepción es muy amable, tanto Alina como Lora que nos atendieron muy bien en todo momento.

Fui por negocios dos noches y todo fue estupendo, apartamento confortables, calefacción por el suelo, camas comodísimas, impecablemente limpio y el personal de recepción de 10. Da gusto encontrar lugares como éste, me lo guardo para futuras ocasiones.

Estuve muy a gusto durante mi estancia, en recepción fueron muy agradables. La recepción abre hasta las 18h, pero no es un inconveniente ya que tienes toda la información por adelantado. Las instalaciones de la habitación son muy cómodas, no falta detalle. Y la ubicación no puede ser más perfecta, justo al lado de la estación central, muy cerca tienes muchos restaurantes y el parque Tívoli.

We went to celebrate our anniversary together, and it was simply great! It is a typical building of Copenhagen architecture, super neat, cozy and very quiet. Its location could not be better, being 1 min from the subway and 5 mins from the train station. Supermarkets and shops can also be found just 2 streets away, in Vestebrogade. The apartment was ideal for 2 people, extremely clean and comfortable, it lacked nothing. If you book directly with them by using their website they provide you with a lovely breakfast basket gift for the first day, which they left inside the apartment on our arrival with a beautiful note. It is very difficult to find an accommodation nowadays that takes care of so many details. As if all this were not enough, the attention of the reception staff was the icing on the cake! Mariela is a delight, a great professional who welcomes you with warmth from the first moment, helping you with lots of good tips to enjoy 100% of your stay. She is very attentive at all times so that you do not have the slightest problem. Thank you so much for everything, you made us feel at home! :) We met very little with Alina, but the quality of her attention was also impeccable at all times. If you are looking for an apartment with good value for money, well connected and quiet to visit this beautiful city, do not think about it. We will be back for sure!

I can highly recommend the apartments. Mariela was very knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I only saw Alex at the weekend but he always greeted us with a smile. The beds were comfortable and the shower enjoyable but you need to pay attention to closing the doors! We had everything we needed for a family stay. Having a Reception also means you can ask any questions about the area or apartment. We didn't hear any noise from neighbouring apartments. The apartments are a few yards from the Metro station which you can take to most of the attractions and Rådhuspladsen (Town Hall Square) which has lots of pubs and cafes and the start of Strøget, the main shopping street. It is a great location near the main railway station where you can travel to the airport (about £40 cheaper than a taxi). We loved Copenhagen and the Erik Vökel apartments.
