設施：齊全，比較新。 衞生：很好，乾淨。 環境：非常好，安靜，窗外就是一個小港，通向大海。能看見遊輪和海上擺渡船。確實很喜歡。

位置有點偏遠，酒店很新但比想象的小，酒店式公寓廚房設備齊全，附近有兩家超市非常近，可以買食物去房間燒～早餐非常一般，種類很少。

房間乾淨 服務不錯

we booked for 7th June- 9th June. Then we requested for late check out. But it was not granted. So we had to book for another night, though we checked out in 9th evening around 6:30 pm. I have stayed in many properties of marriot accrossed the world. But never find such unfriendly attitude. We had to pay 21000 INR extra for just couple of hours. Only plus point of the property is location. Wonderfully placed by the side of baltic sea and wel connected with major tourist points by metro. Every thing else is pathetic. Very small room. Breakfast had neither taste nor variety. Complimentary wifi was not working from the check in time and the reception just ignored the problem even after several request. Room phone was not working at all. Wgen reported, reception answered that in weekend, mantianance staff is unavailable. Whats the point? bacause tourist will come mostly in weekend. One of the most pathetic stays in Marriot property. They even not added my point for the extra night they charged.

Terrible example of a Marriott hotel. Reception staff were fantastic as was the gym but that’s it in terms of anything good here. Firstly you get zero benefits for being a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Member, no upgrade, no welcome gift, no bottle of wine in the room, no nice view, nothing. Everyone gets breakfast so that’s no benefit. The cleaning was appalling. My bed was not made half the time. My dishwasher tablets were not replaced. My coffee pods were not replaced. My towels on occasions were also not replaced. My bins were not emptied on several occasions. I left them plenty of time to come in and change everything. It seems that they don’t work afternoons! The Nespresso machine was also not emptied. The breakfast was bland and they didn’t even serve Danish bacon and just had the same items each day. I only went there a couple of times. Luckily there’s a Netto/Lidl next door so I went there to get breakfast instead. The gym is great. The room itself is fine apart from the fact that my view was other rooms! Considering how far ago I booked this I thought that I would get a water view. They had building work going on above my room which they didn’t tell me about before I arrived. You can also hear all the footsteps from upstairs which is also very noisy. But the worst thing about the hotel is the lift. There is only one for everyone’s use. So when they have deliveries and the men are sweaty they block the lift so you can’t use it and then when you go in it it stinks. The cleaners also use that same lift so you have to ride with other people’s rubbish! Why don’t they have two lifts? One for services and one for guests? This is a new hotel, you would think having two lifts would be a basic requirement. The wifi was also a nightmare, I had to login on both my mobile and laptop several times a day. The counter staff are very lovely, smiley and friendly but that and the gym are the only decent things about this hotel. Avoid.

We had the best time. I have never staid in such a big hotel room with the best view. Even the kitchen was equipped with really everything to cook yourself. Not only the rooms but also the lobby and the breakfast area really gave me a sense of home, warmth and comfort. But what would be a home without people. The staff was extraordinary! They really made sure we have everything we need from bikes to millions of insider coffe places in the city. I would love to thank Mr. Haber and his great front office team for make us feel at home and so welcome in your beautiful hotel. I can’t wait to come back soon.

We stayed at Residence Inn for three nights, in a Comfort Studio with sea view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the little kitchen area well equipped and quite suitable for our needs. The hotel is located in a quiet area, with minimal traffic, and with great views of the inlet to Copenhagen Harbour. On the down side, there is only one elevator to be shared between guests and staff, meaning long waits during “rush hours”, but all in all a nice hotel. One tiny wish for your Danish staff: please speak your native language, when you encounter obviously Danish guests in a hotel located in Denmark :-)

Wow. The entire staff at this hotel has been very gracious, informative and friendly. For a hotel that is opened only 4 weeks they got it right. The hotel is connected to a Fairfield Inn and managers at the both hotels Oliver and Patrice were very accommodating. Anders was super Friendly as was Olivia and Victoria. The rooms are comfortable and the fitness center well equipped. The are many restaurants within walking distance which just add to this location.
