This was one of the worst I have ever stayed at. The elevator had a very bad smell. The bedspread had a big black mark on it. There was blood on the bedroom curtain. The bedroom door was broken. The doorknob on the bedroom and bathroom are broken. The living room curtains are ripped. The light fixture in the bathroom are dirty and it look like something was spilled on the wall. When we checked in we were informed that the was a $100 hold, just in case. No problem, I understand. When I looked at our account late that evening, the had taken two $100 deposits. When we went to check out, we told the lady about the clerical error. She informed us that they knew about that. She said that there system does that and they didn’t know why. She said that we agreed to it when we signed the form. We told her that we signed for $100 hold, not $200. She said it didn’t really matter because we would get it all beck. Yes, we got it all back but the point was that that was not what was agreed upon. I told her that if they knew that was an issue, then they need to tell people beforehand. She had me email her all the pictures and told me that the owner would be contacting me. That never happened.
