Después de reservar en línea y pagar el día 400 ron para una habitación familiar, que nos dijeron en el teléfono era un apartamento.Cuando llegamos allí el baño tenía una bubble jacuzzi tipo baño que era moldeado y viejo grime, El sello era todo grito y sucio El botón enemigo Las burbujas se puso en y parecía que no funcionaba durante años? Nos quedamos allí por 2 noches.El día siguiente fuimos a la playa,cuando regresamos a la habitación nadie cambia nuestras toallas, nadie viene a la habitación para servicio de habitación para cambiar las hojas o reemplazar las llaves con limpias. ¡Para pagar desde 80 ron ir arriba.Café en la mañana tendrá que pagar por él como lo vamos a hacer!! Sbdolute disgrace.La noche siguiente nos cuesta 600 ron todavía no incluye el desayuno. Cuando se quejó al hotel, ella se abrazaba las espaldas y me dijo que debía lavar mis propios cristales y me daría hojas, pero tengo que hacerlo yo mismo porque los limpiadores han ido a casa y no tenían tiempo para hacer nuestro Habitación!!! .Cuando me quejé al gerente, se reía y ni siquiera dijo que lo siento, no le importaba nada. No recomendaría a nadie que paguen para ir al hotel Marea negra en constante a menos que se prepara para el rubísen vacío urbano, cambiar las toallas propias cambiar el camas propias y lavar los propios óculos como si es el trabajo de los limpiadores para hacerlo u ser feliz si tienen tiempo El hotel de Mara Negra, que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, tiene una gran capacidad para hacer su trabajo. No puedo imaginar lo que es el dueño.No vaya allí una cesta de dinero.Absoluto descascar y hotel desgustador."

Brand new building, modern and clean, large rooms, perfectly equiped for short/medium stays, great service. Great location, close to the huge beach, but also close to the main attractions and city center. Just two things are not fantastic: quite noisy and without dedicated parking places."

Sin duda tienen mejores opciones y estoy publicando esta revisión con la esperanza de que voy a ayudar a otras personas a evitar que arruinen sus vacaciones. Pero lo más inconveniente fue que los huéspedes parecen estar molestados por cualquier cosa que les pregunte, diciendo que el personal de limpieza sólo viene por petición y los huéspedes son bastante incómodos enviarlos a limpiar las habitaciones con su muy inaceptable para el precio de pregunta . Esperaba que el servicio de limpieza fuera un servicio de limpieza y un servicio de limpieza diario como debería . Fuimos con nuestros tres niños y pedimos una matrícula y hojas extras y parecen bastante molesto, pero habíamos acordado que antes de volver a reservar con ellos ."

"One of our favourite hotels at the sea side. The rooms are brand new, spacious, large confortable bed, nice balcony with sea view or lake view. Breakfast is tasty and has many options. The coffee is really good, big plus for this. They have garrage and front parking as well, so it is very safe. The pool is a great place to spend the afternoons. They have their own beach, right in front of the hotel. Highly reccomend Nyota!"

"The room was a disaster. The bathroom shower was completely covered in mold. The service was terrible. Food was simply brought to the table without any explanation – it was a case of "take it or leave it." The beach was completely covered in moldy seaweed that stank to high heaven. I can't understand how they can offer guests such a room. It was booked through GTA Touristik. I wonder if they don't check what they're booking."

I have stayed at many hotels in Mamaia but this one is outstanding. -The location of the hotel is right next to the pedestrian area, with many terraces and close to a beach where you get a discount on sunbeds. -The room is spacious enough and very clean, equipped with everything you need - TV, AC, balcony, quality bed, immaculate carpet, armchairs, bathrobe, slippers, good Wifi, terrace. -The parking is constantly monitored by hotel staff. The car is safe. -The hotel staff is extremely nice, helpful, and polite. Cleaning is done daily (real cleaning). -The breakfast is very good (the coffee is extremely good). -For a 4-star hotel, the price was fair. -When we checked out, we were asked how we felt. In conclusion, this hotel is an example of what we call 'the hospitality industry' in our country."
