VISTA Lago di Como

This place is like heaven. Food is extraordinary and the service is outstanding, but the concierge Alberto is the best. He tailor made 2 days of our both lake and train excursions. We felt like at home. We will surely return to this place in the near future

This hotel and its staff are magnificent. Part of the SLH group our expectations were high and not to be disappointed. We arrived by car from Florence and were greeted by Alberto the hotel concierge/butler who was most welcoming. The room we were given (200) was a Premium King room with a most spacious and beautifully appointed room. The bed was very comfortable and we had a pillow menu to choose a selection to suit. The bathroom was large with a great shower and luxurious bath. We were given many welcome treats and my wife had a birthday for which the hotel gave a beautiful cake and special wishes. The hotel is well positioned to explore the Como area right near the ferry terminal, and easy walk to all of the Como shops and restaurants. We took a tour offered by the hotel to visit Bellano and some of the less common tourist sights, Alberto accompanied us and was our guide and we had a very luxurious chauffeur. We visited the Carozzi cheese factory which was a highlight. We stayed four nights and every moment we were made to feel like important guests. We dined at the Sottovoce restaurant which was definitely worthy of its Michelin star, and the best meal we have had in over 3 weeks of traveling. Would recommend this hotel as 5+ stars Luxe, remembering that it is a small hotel and does not have facilities that might be expected in a large 5* hotel. Would come back to stay if returning to Como. Thanks to all the beautiful staff at Vista Palazzo Lago di Como.

The bottle of Proseco and candies was a very nice touch. Your concierge the morning we left gave us great service as our Uber driver did not arrive and we had to quickly find a taxi to take us to the airport. He helped calling a taxi as your hotel personal driver was not available. Great location right on the lake and near many shops and restaurants

Truly a five star experience with perfect execution across every aspect of our stay. The team was wonderful and reached out before our visti to offer suggestions and anticipate any of our needs. We were only there for one night but it was the highlight of our 10 day trip to Italy. As a Hilton Diamond member we appreciated the room upgrade and the thoughtful and generous acknowledgement of our birthday celebration with prosecco and a piece of cake waiting in our room. The room was spacious, beautifully renovated with every amenity. Loved all the Vista branded bath toiletries and the attention to all the little details you don't event realize you want until they are there. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of Como, directly across from the ferry and a short walk to all the historic sites. The rooftop restaurant and bar is an oasis away from all the hustle of the town with an amazing view over the lake. It was a wonderful spot for appertivo, a late night cocktail and an delicious morning breakfast.
