Bryn Woodlands House

I had a lovely stay. The rooms were ready and the breakfast was lovely. The owners were lovely. It was easy to book the rooms. They can accept cash or card. There was a different choices for breakfast. We could ask for more tea/coffee and toast.

My wife and I stayed here at the start of September on a Friday night. We were actually trying to get to Anglesey from Manchester but couldn't get there because of a fire in the Conwy tunnel. We pulled off the A55 and by chance parked up outside Bryn Woodlands. My wife saw the no vacancies sign in the window but phoned anyway and there was 1 room available. We were checked in rapidly by the owner who also very kindly asked if we wanted to put our cold food in the hotel fridge overnight, which we did. The room was large enough and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and there was lots of choice. Although we were only there for 12 hours, we were made to feel very welcome and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to all

I've stayed here four times now, and every time I've had a warm welcome, a clean and comfy room, and a great breakfast (with plenty of vegan options). The rooms are all different and full of character, with all of the facilities you would expect, plus extra touches like shampoos/ shower gels/ bath robes. I'm sure I'll be back!

This was the 3rd time we have stayer at Bryn Woodlands and we have never been disappointed by our hosts Joel and Tracy. The rooms are welcoming, clean, with comfortable beds and in good decorative order with small touches added by the hosts to enable guests to feel even more relaxed. Nothing is too much trouble and we hope be back again next year - if not before then. It is to be highly recommended.

Just back from a 2 night stay. Joel & Tracy are fantastic hosts - very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was large and had all we needed - spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight - very tasty and copious amounts of tea (Yorkshire our favourite!) and toast. A great stay.

I recently stayed at this lovely Guest House for 11 nights, whilst visiting Wales from Australia for my daughter’s wedding at Gwrych Castle. My hosts, Tracey & Joel were forever helpful in every detail and their smiles and manner always made for a good start to my day. Wonderful room and great room service (thanks Donna). Their lovely dining room is only surpassed by their stunning breakfast menu! Do visit and enjoy it all!

We would return in a heartbeat, and hope we do someday. Tracey and Joel are terrific hosts, and share different aspects of running the B&B. They were not only very welcoming, but they were also very helpful in any way they could be. Joel makes wonderful breakfasts and there was a menu with very wide selection to choose from. Tracey takes care of the dining room. The location is within walking distance to go out for dinner, and that's always a plus at the end of a busy day. Joel will make dinner reservations for you. I did notice that there were perks to be had if you book directly with them (which we did), rather than through a booking service. There is parking on the property at both the front and back of the house.

Joel and Tracy are super hosts! Bryn Woodlands is a very special place thanks to them. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My kipper breakfast was outstanding and we had the warmest of welcomes. Tracy should be called a fairy godmother as she saved my party shoe with a tube of super glue! Highly recommended!

Really quality run guest house had a very comfortable stay well appointed rooms and a tip top breakfast. Central for local places of interest and good connection to major roads.Near to Conway Llandudno Rhyl and most other seaside towns in N Wales
