Graced with stunning landscapes, thoughtfully designed neighbourhoods, and safe, walkable streets, Royal Bay is an oceanside village community where good living comes first.
You can truly live the West Coast lifestyle at Royal Bay, where panoramic views of Victoria’s sparkling inner harbour, the Salish Sea, and the Olympic mountain range are on full display.
Surrounded by The North Ridge Trail right behind the house to the Royal Beach Park, and Lagoon Beach that is connected to Esquimalt Lagoon Migratory Bird Sanctuary and Colwood Waterfront Park.
You will have enjoyment of the top two floors of the house, with the exception of the master bedroom and garage. The basement will have a tenant, so please be respectful of the noise at night after 10PM. Beautiful, clean roomy house in a great neighborhood. Kitchen is very well stocked with quality pots and pans and appliances. Everything that was needed for our group of 8 was accomodated. Check in and out were easy and the host was always available for communication. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Our stay here was lovely (5 adults and 2 kids). The house was very clean and well decorated. It felt very warm and inviting. Neighbourhood is nice too. Location is close to grocery/liquor stores (3 min drive) and Victoria downtown is about a 30 min drive away. Great choice for a larger group or family :)

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Colwood! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after spending time exploring Victoria. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved visiting Hayley Castle and we were lucky enough to catch a Lavender Festival in the area. This was a great place to stay near Victoria.

Family reunion/wedding.
Very clean and bright. Plenty of room to stretch out, relax and connect. Close to stores and walking paths. Parking is crowded.

Out of the way, great property!

Great property with good location
My parents and their friends really enjoyed their two nights’ stay in the past weekend. They said the house is clean, spacious, and pretty. It has everything they needed and more. They also liked that it was so close to many sightseeing locations. They had a great union and asked me to pass on their appreciation. Thanks!
