Disappointing Experience with Poor Management We are a group of workers who stay regularly at La Quinta, spending over $3,500 a week, but this time was a huge disappointment. When we arrived, the general manager, Biliana, made us wait over an hour to check in. To make matters worse, she was yelling at a new employee, Kathy V, right in front of us—completely unprofessional. After finally checking in, they messed up the company credit cards, causing another long wait after an exhausting day of work. As if that wasn’t enough, they double-booked our room, giving other workers access to our space while we were already inside. Instead of taking responsibility, Biliana blamed the front desk staff for all the issues. It was unfair and uncalled for, especially since the other team members were doing their best. We are extremely disappointed with how this manager treats both customers and her staff. On a positive note, Nida and Kathy are the bright spots in this location. They consistently go above and beyond, showing respect, commitment, and genuine passion for their work. They are truly an asset to La Quinta. Unfortunately, due to this poor management experience, we are considering taking our business elsewhere. I hope corporate re-evaluates who they choose to manage this property.
