Front desk staff is horrible will never return to this property. This property was horrible. From this lady has no customer service skills needs to learn how to talk to a guest. Will never recommend you guys. Thank you.

The staff at this location is rude and unwelcoming!!! My group of 5 had just driven 13 hrs from Texas and were all very exhausted. I booked a room for my little sister and my two friends. Upon arrival, my sister had mistakenly said 5 people were going to be staying in the room but that was corrected when I told her my boyfriend and I were staying at his place instead of the hotel. At check-in, a staff member practically chased us up the stairs yelling and questioning why there were 5 people instead of 3…mind you, she had threatened to kick my sister out at Check-in if there were more than 3 people staying and you’re allowed to have visitors until 11pm so why she felt the need to be hostile at 5pm, I have no clue. We told her 2 people were leaving and we were just there to hang for a bit. The next morning, my friend said the same lady came to say the downstairs unit complained about noise when they got in and went straight to bed after a night out. On top of being harassed unnecessarily, the actual location is small, dark and dirty looking. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Yeah you might pay a little more but if you’re looking to relax, this ain’t it.
