I had a wonderful one-night stay from June 24th to 25th. The hotel offers a fantastic, tranquil escape right in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless check-in and checkout experience. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and offered lovely views. Whether you are visiting for business or a quick leisure getaway, the beautiful lakeside setting and excellent service make it a top choice. Highly recommended.

One of the more affordable hotels, but for me a very good one in a great location. The staff was very friendly—truly exceptionally nice. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the breakfast was very good. There was nothing to complain about, and I would definitely come back. Especially worth mentioning are the manager, who personally takes care of guests and explains the important things in the room, and the “breakfast chef,” who even opened breakfast earlier than scheduled while I was waiting. Thank you—I really felt well taken care of as a guest.

Sin duda, este es probablemente el albergue juvenil con la mejor relación calidad-precio en Colombo. En primer lugar, la ubicación es excelente. Kingsbury hotel is in a prime location closer to the beach activities. Some rooms are with sea view. Shopping mall is nearby that offers variety of shops and services. Restaurants provide wide selection of food options with local and international cuisines. The rooms are carpeted which emits old odour. The room furniture needs modernising. We experienced issues with booking. They couldn’t find our booking and gave us a room in a lower floor and the furnitures were old with smelly carpet. On my complaint, we were upgraded to a suite room in a higher floor which was classy and the view was excellent. Don’t know I can afford to stay in a suite. The staffs were helpful. I didn’t have a chance to use all amenities but I noticed there were many options. I will stay again if I am given a room in a higher floor or if I can afford a suite room.

The front desk staff wasn't much helpful when we checked in. He didn't give us much information about the hotel. There was no welcome drink served and after check in we had to figure out the rest ourselves like our room floor, breakfast, swimming pool, etc. We had to communicate directly to the housekeeping manager for our extra bed. I commend the housekeeping manager and staffs for a job well done. Basically, they compensated the unimpressive performance of the front desk by surprising us with some towel arts, flowers, and fruit everyday.

The room was very comfortable. Special mention of a girl on the front desk who was especially helpful. I thought the quoted price of trip to the airport was rather expensive, so I found a cheaper way .

とても便利な場所でした。 徒歩圏内に　美味しいレストラン　スーパーがありました。 このホテルは　チェックイン時刻が　23：30までなのですが、空港からの車の手配に手間取ってしまい、ホテルに30分ぐらい遅れてしまうとても電話を入れたところ　スタッフさんが　ホテルの入り口で　待っていてくださいました。 お部屋に冷蔵庫　ヘアドライヤーがなかったです。
