Miataland

My wife and I had a FANTASTIC two night stay at Miataland. Since we have owned a Miata MX5 for 20 years it’s been a dream to visit Italy and Miataland. Andrea and his friendly staff welcomed us upon arrival and we couldn’t believe the extent of the Miata theme. Even the bed frames in the rooms are designed to mimic the frame rails of the MX5! We stayed in the “velocity red” room and all the accents were beautiful. The view from our room was spectacular. The evening of our arrival Andrea toured us through his extensive collection of 51 MX5’s (most of them being limited edition or “special” models). Later Andrea was kind enough to give us a private tour of his motorcycle collection which was a total suprise. The next day we completed the necessary paperwork and I put my international driving permit to use when Andrea set us up in his 30th anniversary ND for our tour. He suggested some tour stops and we were off for our 120km drive through the Umbria mountain roads. A visit by the pool with other guests from around the world (Netherlands and USA) completed our day. It was bitter sweet to leave Miataland so soon but hopefully we can return to share more good times with Andea and his staff. This is a must do for any MX5 Miata enthusiast!

We’ve had the BEST time at miataland over the last few days. Beautiful location, great accommodation, a very knowledgeable host who’s clearly a huge enthusiast, and wonderful friendly service. Particular thanks go to Francesca, who helped us navigate the train strike so we could get back to Rome, and taught us the Italian for “cross your fingers” 😂 Hope we can return some day 🤞🏻

Posto strepitoso, una location unica immersa nel verde, dove si respira la vera aria di motori. La struttura e’ meravigliosa, si arriva e ci si immerge in un paesaggio unico. Le emozioni piu’ grandi si provano appena oltrepassato il cancello, dove ci si trova di fronte a tante Mazda MX-5 di vario colore, a tiratura limitata e con chicche uniche e speciali che per una persona che ama i motori e le automobili in ogni loro sfumatura puo’ solo farla innamorare. Il personale e’ superbo, ad accogliervi ci sono una signora ed un signore super gentili e disponibili che vi coccoleranno fino alla fine. All’interno si respira la vera aria di motori, con tutti i caschi di Formula 1 appartenuti ai migliori piloti del mondo, dopodiché ci si avventura in un giro di parecchi km a bordo di una MX-5 che si può scegliere, assaporando il vero ed unico piacere di guida nel piu’ bel paesaggio d’Italia.
