Premier Inn Newquay (Quintrell Downs)

Turned up after a long Journey, checked in to our rooms and when we got to our rooms there was a slight mix up with the beds, went back down to reception. Spoke to Receptionist (think her name was Vicky). She apologised. She mentioned that she was new but she took control. We said we’ll grab a drink. By the time we got back to the room everything was sorted. Companies will make mistakes. But for me the bigger thing is how they deal with it. She’s a credit to premiere Inn

Location good with plenty of parking. Room as expected - clean and functional. Score is low because of no WiFi or mobile reception. Haven’t stayed anywhere with such poor reception. Impossible to use App’s or message using phone, research for next day travelling was impossible. WiFi needs updated if there is no mobile reception.

I booked in on Saturday evening 22 Mar. I noticed that the double duvet cover had a streak of blood on it .. I removed the duvet cover to reveal a number of circular brown stains on the duvet... I reported it to reception on that evening.. and she replaced both the duvet and cover... However, having a blood stain on the cover... Could cause some serious health issues .. I reported this when I checked out on the Monday am .. it didn't get the response I was after... No real apology for the blood and told the stains are probably tea... When they certainly looked like urine.. Even if the stains were tea... Housekeeping knowingly put a cover on a severely stained duvet... How is this acceptable... Housekeeping have let your establishment down.. Attention to detail, cleanliness and health of the customer... The lack of apology and urgency from the morning staff was poor...

Decided on a quick weekender with my partner and had a great stay! Staff are friendly in the hotel, Bernice was helpful, Sarah let me raid her cart for extra towels and coffee and Dean in the bar next door was fab. Everything was clean and as you would expect. Definitely have a repeat customer here guys.

We had a good one night stay at this Premier Inn whilst in Cornwall for an athletics event.. The food was excellent as was the service in the restaurant. Rooms are what you would expect - clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Would stay again without hesitation.

Stayed for 3 nights and stayed in a double room. Clean room, comfortable bed and lovely shower and even a bath! The staff were helpful and hand to help, the air con was broken for the hotel so was a little loud and annoying but the reception team turned it off for us so we could get a good night's sleep! Perfect location in the heart of Cornwall and perfect for a cheap holiday. Would come back again
