Orfeus Park Hotel

Don't go if you are English and want some respect from the staff ...also avoid if you have teenage daughters because the NIGHT beach is riddled and if your not ready to be grand parents this place is not for you! Staff are arrogant and rude from reception to bar staff & waiters, WORST was reception who tried to threaten that we could not leave the hotel for our transfer to flight over a plastic band! PRICK!! Had been sat in reception for 30 mins until he decided to start kicking off as our transfer arrived Hotel is not clean in general,rooms acceptable if you lower expectations :/ food is OK but repetitive if you are fussy I hope you like bread! Nothing for kids but the waffles once a week for an hour may cheer them up if they want to spend an hour in the que. full of rude Germans who will strangle you during water polo! Alcohol is shocking and it will change from hour to hour what you can have IE if the staff cannot be arsed to make you a cocktail they won't! Don't ask for a glass this will piss them off! Also numerous occasions we were told NO ICE! Come on man! No one cleans up round the pool so lots of empty drink cups...slushies are good for kids but run out fast so be prepared to race for them! Ques for food are long and it's really busy! Air con is not turned on until every one turns up so you will be cooking your self! Got to get up early to put your towels on bed and don't get up during the day because Germans will steal it then want to fight you! We have all returned with numerous bites been to Turkey many times and never happened before I mean look at our son we had to visit the doctors twice! Entertainment team where friendly but activities and shows shocking really! Beach is nice and shuttle comes all the time however activities expensive food not good at the beach either so don't expect to go there for a food feed! We won't return and I suggest if you are English and want some good humour and crack don't go!

If you are not German or Russian you’re not welcome here. Sadly this was our experience so here’s an honest review. Lots of people do not believe in queuing and as we all know brits love the orderly fashion a queue provides. So you get into a long queue for everything drinks, ice cream, mid day snack, etc. You would could for up to an hour while fellow guest push in front or walk in front of you yes when I say push I mean actually push you out of their way. I am not being pushed with zero response by anyone hence I would walk around them and rejoin my original position in the queue. They threw peoples towels off the sun loungers on the floor if you went to the bar or snack area to put theirs down so somebody has to guard your space while go no joke. Good luck trying to complain the staff most do not speak English and look at you vacant when you find somebody who does they simply say you can not reserve loungers no I am not I went to get a drink. The food I do not even know where to begin it is vile I think we had 3 days that we could actually find food that we found appetising. I will add a small ad-lib because I know this is very subjective as some may enjoy it and we are picky admittedly. When we first arrived I was told we only have this room left I had booked months in advance so why didn’t I have a room? The woman was rude and brash she had zero professional attitude stills. She said do not get comfortable you need to be here in the morning to change or you will not have a room and we will be full nice way to treat guests! Bear in mind we had been travelling since 9am and it was now 11.30 local time. She then said move away you have your key when somebody is free they will take you to room. Nice first interaction but at least I was aware I was not welcome straight away! The room was great dated but very clean and my daughter was so happy to have her own room. The next morning seeing different staff I did hope they would wave me off no such luck. We were put in a much smaller room in the roof with slopping roofs meaning you struggled to access one section of the room without hitting your head and I am only 5 foot 1 but hitting my head daily became the norm. The view was ok. Entertainment shocking I would call it entertainment would have preferred a working tv in the room. I have been on a lot of holiday and this was the worst. On our 3rd night it was karaoke and my daughter was desperate to join in she asked me to sign her up. I asked and was told she was too young she is 13 and that it is 18+ ok fair enough not sure why would be the rule but hey ho. Then 4 performances latter 2 Germans no more than 11 years old got up and sang a duet I pointed this out and she said oh yes yes we are full now on the list what sorry? Once again not welcome please stop trying to communicate and do not return type of attitude honestly I would never and have told everyone else to never go this this area it is not just this hotel it is the whole area shops, day tr

This was the amazing holidays ever! The hotel sandy beach is very nice. Shuttle bus goes every 5 minutes to the beach and back. Amazing Mediterranean Sea ! Hotel is very clean and nice maintenance .There are always sunbeds that are available on the beach. Green garden is everywhere. Ideal place for families with small children. 15 days of heaven’s paradise. Food is great. We enjoyed the tasteful food! Also we appreciated the pool bar menu. Amazing show nights! Beautiful live music! See You next time! Orfeus Park Hotel - our love forever !!!
