Alba Queen Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

The animator are the best, they came with the best and happy smile in the face: vollyesball was perfect and super fun, the rooms were also very good and good men here. I loved the food much different options. It was always clean and looking good.

We are on our 4th day here so far and are having a wonderful time. The hotel is fantastic. Every staff member we have encountered has been friendly and helpful and the food and availability is fabulous , my favourite is the fresh honeycomb at breakfast. Lovely beach, and plenty of pool loungers. The visitors are predominantly German but that’s ok! Clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Don’t be fooled by 5stR reviews if I could give a zero I would. We have had expectation of a 5 star but unfortunately that management and the hotel itself has disappointed us. It’s very run down and looks in need of refurbishment, the management was awful because we had made a complaint the so called manager has walked off and couldn’t even be bothered to rectify their mistakes! I hope anyone who decides to book here DO NOT BOOK, honestly I was like one of you looking for a perfect 5star hotel instead was a disaster, food was the same nothing new and hardly any entertainment. It was an embarrassment that I chose a hotel like this!

We book an all inclusive holiday for 2 adulat and one child. The hotel is all right ,not 5 stars anyway, more like 3 to 4. The staff is very rude, if you are not German. They keep saying they don't understand English. I tried for several times to speak with someone, even at the guest relations desk, one time the lady said she doesn't speak English and for 3-4 for times nobody was there. Staff at the restaurant or to the bar are rude, don't matter if you gave tips or no. The staff from the waiters, beach boy or managers they don't care about guests if you are not German. The waiters shout at children's in restaurant, for bowling alley and billiard table you need to pay. If you want a day to the pool, you need to wake up and to be at the pool at 7 am to put towels on sunbeds. At the beach if you leave the sunbed for 1 minute the beach boy come and brush them and give them to German tourists. In the restaurant ( I don't know if is a chef), they put meat in your plate, yes with gloves but they touch other food or souce also and if you are not happy with the portion they say if enough. If you ask for cocktails they do but not with all the ingredients from the recipe. I definitely not recomand this hotel if you want to have a good holiday.

Having stayed in 5* hotels previously, I can confidently say this is not a 5* but it's not far off...Afew minor changes and they are there...Nevertheless, I always say the hotel staff and services is what's makes the holiday and I can safely say the employees at this hotel were phenomenal... On arrival we were greeted by reception, Fatma and Beyza were very helpful and English was of a good standard to be able to see to my queries...I was also greeted with a massive smile by a lovely lad Called Yaman, who didn't understand a word of what I was saying but still managed to communicate... At the bar by the arcade you will find Ferdi and Mirai, so pleasant and wonderful with the kids, good at remembering drinks orders and always gave me milk cartons for my youngest son. At the pool bar the waiters and waitresses were attentive a quick. I have read people talking the quality of food not being good, it was exceptional, huge variety from starters to mains to desserts... At the pool bar expect fast food which is what kids and particularly Brits so to see people complaining about this I don't know what you are expecting, gourmet??? Huseyin and Helin, absolutely amazing, Huseyin would have tables ready when he saw me with my drinks order memorised...Helin is a computer, if she walks past your table and you order something but she doesn't write anything down, rest assured your order will come correct...All the lads behind the bar were excellent...Ali Sonmaz, Ali, Doukan, Umut, Ruzgar even Hatice bless her, even with her limited hearing she was fantastic...they all took the time to interact withy kids and made the stay that much better... In the restaurants you will find the same people serving you, these people work exceptionally hard and long hours so please treat them with respect as there were occasions where I had to step in... The animation team, Ahmet, cagla, ebru and tarik were great with the kids and put on alot of creative activities for the kids in the mini club as well get all kids involved in the mini disco...some things cost extra in mini club so be aware... Tips for a good holiday: tip the waiters, they work really hard and definatley deserve it...

Cheap and cheerful hotel with very basic facilities. Food was good especially the two snack bars. The alcoholic drinks in the all inclusive package however was at times like drinking paint ********. Considering this was a family holiday at around £500 a head this was to be expected though. Staff in the restaurants were great. Overall very nice a little getaway in late October.
