Big thanks to the entertainment team for their professionalism and involvement in the process! Had a "busy schedule" during our stay with visiting all the activities. Aqua Gym and Dart are the favorite ones. Thanks for your work and especially hello to Serkan, Murat, Milena and Ksenia. Incredible shows at night! Good that there are activities both: for kids and adults. Thanks to all the staff for helping us to have a great time during the holidays. One more thanks to Idris from the restaurant. Now we know that Ayran with ice is a really perfect match! By the way, please replace the coffee machines in the restaurant. Overall, the food is good, but really wants to get a nice cappuccino and latte with your nice desserts))

We had a fantastic experience during this one-week stay at this wonderful hotel. The food was simply amazing, with a huge variety and fresh ingredients available 24 hours a day. The selection of drinks was also impressive, especially the cocktails made at the hotel's bars. The animators deserve special mention: they made sure every guest had a great time with incredible energy and enthusiasm. In addition to the programs for children, there was always something entertaining for adults as well. Overall, it was an unforgettable vacation, and next year we will come back for at least two weeks, but only if this team stays!;)

What an excellent stay from checkin to checkout the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasure. Checkin very quick and simple. Room on front of resort perfectly clean, comfortable and well resourced, no issues during stay. Food plentyful and yummy with a huge selection in the main restuarant cooked fresh for 3 of us on arrival as ordered on the first night 17th Nov even got our first taste of real welcoming hospitality from the 2 restuarant staff with a pepper challenge lol both continued to show care and excellent hospitality during our stay Idris and boss chef man . Being end of the season with not many people in the hotel entertainment not as it would have been I'm sure during season, but loved the musicians in Paul's bar and had a little dance in the onside club one night. A big thanks to all staff working during our stay from the reception team to the chefs and team leaders loved the jokes and animated descriptions of some of the food when having a tease all we're special but in particular from Pauls bar and the restuarant the guys that kept us company and with drinks too. The team spoke better english than us lol Idris your a star and will go far, thanks for making my birthday dinner that extra bit special as well lol oh and the twins 1 and 2 you know who you are and u know who our favourite was lol must not forget babyface in the Patisserie and Furkan In the lobby bar. For my birthday I got lots of presents including a birthday cake, fresh fruit platter some sparkly and a card spaced out nicely through the day and all unexpected and not arranged all from the hotel and to not leave my partner out he received a present the day before lol so thoughtful and executed perfectly. Thank you Crystal hotels an excellent end o f year stay. K and E x p.s keep learning that Jamaican, you never know you may use it one day lol xx

I returned after a year to Crystal Palace, this time with a group (22 people) of my travel agency. The hotel is one with a fair quality-price ratio. The rooms are ok, clean with minibar that is replenished daily. The food in the main restaurant is very good, diversified and cooked with taste. At the beach snack bar, the same attention is not paid to the dishes, they are often served cold. The a-la-carte concept at the snack bar is a good idea, but the staff still needs to be worked on. I ate one evening at the Mexican restaurant but unfortunately I was not impressed. The alcoholic beverages served in the bars are of good quality, this being one of the strengths of the hotel. A very good thing is that there are restaurants and bars where you can eat and drink 24 hours. The beach is a very good one with fine sand and smooth entry into the sea. The big problem is the beach towels which are very small (they cover half of the beach bed). With a little goodwill it can be solved. The hotel staff is kind but unfortunately there are few English speakers. Overall a good hotel that I recommend. Congratulations for the involvement of Mr. Ahmet Turgan (GM), Mr. Veysi Salman (F&B Manager) and Mr. Murat Goven (Front Office Manager). Mr. Veysi thank you for CHARDU!

Beautiful hotel, great location, good ice cream. Horrible food except for dinner buffet which was great. All dessert is made out of gel and the cakes are fake and without flavor. Scary fast delivery of food on the restaurants, which reflected its taste and quality.

Me and my wife enjoyed our 1 week visit here. Beach was amazing. We had many activities including beach volleyball and boccia. Especially, I would like to thank Mustafa from entertainment team. During the whole week he was super helpful and was sharing his energy with everyone. Ksenia and Serkan already became our friends.

Amazing hotel, best animations. Bugra, Mustafa, Serkan very friendly animators. All of service were so kind. Delicious food and clean room. Incredible shows at night. I think the hotel is one of the best where I was. I recommend this hotel for everyone.

That was our 4th time in Turkey and the 2nd in Crystal Palace and we decided we will go back in next summer too. We loved everything, the restaurant, the bars, the view and so on. Every evening was large selection of food at dinner and various programmes after it. It was perfect the beach is so close to the hotel, we could be there in 2 minutes. And i would like to mention a really important side of a hotel and this is the staff. We have many favorite workers in the hotel, especially Mustafa in the restaurant, Veysi at the lobby bar and Serkan and Evren from the entertainment crew. This Year we took part in many programmes with them and It made the holiday so much better they are friendly and funny people. Everywhere we went, we met smileing employes there, whose checked the guests needs everytime. Thank you Crystal, see you next Year and i hope we can meet with these people again too, we could find everything there What a guest need on a holiday.
