everything is good here except that you can better have staff who can also speak Dutch "Only at the hairdresser". service at the hairdresser was very bad and pushy. they only want cash instead of pin. also treatments are forced on us that we do not want and we have indicated that more often. for the rest everything is good. service was good, food is good, friendliness is top, Selma who works in the lounge bar can speak reasonable Dutch and is very customer friendly. she makes the effort to learn and speak Dutch.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. From driving up to the door and no concierge to daily power cuts (yesterday’s lasting for over an hour). We had to move rooms 3 times due to air conditioning problems, each room worse than the previous. The majority of the staff were rude and speak very little/if not zero English. I had to set alarm for 06:30 to be able to get a sunbed. Anytime after 7/8 then there’s no hope of getting one apart from in the surplus grassed area. The main attraction is the outdoor swimming pools. These are great, especially the kids one. However, shuts for 2 hours so open 10am-12noon and 2pm-5pm. We were positioned above the main back up generators for the site and due to the multiple power cuts these worked overtime booming out black smoke and extremely noisy on our balcony and in our room. If this was advertised as a 3/4 star hotel you’d be pleasantly surprised, however, due to the 5 star rating don’t expect the 5 star experience. (If I was able to upload videos I would do so for the other air conditioning problems and generators).

Lovely hotel, very clean, enough food to fit everyone’s needs. The entertainment staff are great, and have so much going on through out the day and evening. A special shout out to Merry and Caramela for being so lovely to me and my family.

Came to Terrace Elite with my family. We had the best 10 days here, my daughter loved the swimming pools. Also the Animation team are amazing they all so bubbly and friendly. Especially Merry always so happy and helpful. We definitely will be booking here again. The food is also lovely and delicious.

Absolutely amazing hotel and holiday. Myself and my 13 year old son loved it. The hotel and room was immaculate, great pool (140cm deep everywhere), food was excellent, plenty of drinks options, lots of ice-cream flavours. Animation team were phenomenal (Rio was my son's favourite, his Rio!) and interacted well with kids and adults - I have no idea how they remember names..... Will 100% be back!

Greater hotel,I couldn't have aked for any more from this hotel, the staff were very friendly and did expect tips all the time. The entertainment staff was good during the day and night. Our rooms was cleaned daily to a high standard. For the hotel it was to a very good standard nice and clean all around and the pools and slides where great. There was plenty of sun loungers to go around and people won't out at stupid times putting towels on. The food was great and the pizzas at dinner from the snake bar was out of this world. For the beach and beach bar it was very clean and never that busy you could always get a sun lounger but we got whe wooden hut for 3 days and it was worth every bit of the 60 euro I would definitely recommend them. The staff at the beach bar where very friendly and the food was great to. I would recommend this hotel of my experience and I will be coming back next year. I would also recommend the little shop just outside the hotel the 2 men were so friendly and the prices of there stuff was cheap for all your snacks

We stayed at Terrace Elite Resort with our family in early June and had a fantastic time. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family stay. The food was delicious and varied every day — we especially enjoyed the themed dinner nights, which added something special to each evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The animation team was very active and engaging, offering fun daytime activities and entertaining evening shows. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We also spoke with other guests, and everyone shared the same positive experience. We’re already planning to come back again!

We chose this hotel after reading many positive reviews — and we can confidently say that all of them were absolutely true. This is indeed a very pleasant place that allowed us to relax and recharge after a long working year. It was an excellent holiday. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff deserves special praise — they are polite, attentive, and always ready to help. We would especially like to mention the Guest Relations team, who were always nearby, checking in on our stay and ensuring everything was going well. If any small issues arose, they were solved quickly and efficiently. Another highlight was the food — everything was incredibly delicious and perfectly seasoned. Not too spicy, just right for every taste. We stayed as couples and felt completely satisfied with every aspect of our vacation. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality rest and great service. You won’t regret it!

My husband and I chose this hotel based on the good reviews and we were not disappointed. We arrived after midnight due to a flight delay and on arrival were immediately offered food and drinks and made to feel very comfortable. There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel. The staff, the food, the cleanliness was all superb. There is shops, doctor, optician, spa, cinema, disco, outdoor stage, fantastic beach, amazing children activities, unlimited eating and drinking, everything you need all on site. We had a wonderful time. We chose to use the photographer on site and had a beautiful album made to remember our stay. He even put our photos in a video to music which made us both cry, as he made us look so good. Our all inclusive week was worth every penny and we got this holiday as a last minute deal and still cannot believe the good value we got. Thank you Terrace Elite. You made our holiday feel like a honeymoon.
