Bella Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

The hotel is in an excellent location, lovely swimming pool area and fantastic beachside facilities. We have a disabled child and the hotel is quite accessible, flat for either the electric wheelchair or manual one. A big shoutout to the Dream Watersport team who couldn’t have done any more to help our disabled daughter access activities. They had her health and safety a priority and wouldn’t allow her to undertake the doughnut or paragliding since they said it wouldn’t be safe! After completing the activities we realised they were absolutely right! They lifted her onto a boat and nothing was too much trouble - including lifting her and her wheelchair onto to decking - would highly recommend Dream Watersports!! The only thing that spoils this review for the hotel is that my daughter’s money, sunglasses and driving license were stolen from Cabana 3 and we’ve had very limited support from the hotel to date. That’s been very disappointing and had this not happened and we had better support from the hotel this would have been a better rating.

Look, this is a nice hotel - the entertainment, restaurant and room cleaning staff were amazing. The place is clean, the food is great and you are a short walk from the beach. The gym is average, they have some kind of weird cable pully thing as the main kit, and if you are a real gym bunny, it is not for you. The reason I would not go here again is a culture thing, and you have to read the whole section incase you think I am being partial. I booked through the TUI UK website, but we soon found we were the only British people here - every one else was German - not a problem - fine people. Yes, you do have to get up ridiculously early to get a pool side bed, but we preferred the garden area away from the pool and no problem there. The cultural thing I am alluding to is smoking. 95% of the adults smoked. They lit up right by you, blew smoke over their own and everybody elses kids - they walked through the public areas smoking, even the restaurant. The sunbeds are right on top of the pool, so the smell of cig smoke was all over you in the pool. The cancer rate in Germany must be horrendous. We would go back to the room after the day by the pool or sea and smelt of cig smoke, like the bad old days of pubs in the UK before the ban. You might think I am being fussy, but I don't want to go somewhere were I am smothered in cancer causing fumes. So not for us - and I will not use Tui again.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Animation team the best and thank you Kiko Aida and Mustafa and all team of animation. The spa on the high level. All was top notch. I will come back there soon.

unfortunately we can give only 3 stars here. What we like - The hotel facilities are relatively new compared to how long it has been there. - Some staff is very helpful and try their best to help. Our appreciation goes to Duygu at the reception, Mustafa at the restaurant and Ayse from miniclub - The water slides are fun. There is also a floatable water obstacles once a week which pool guests can have fun - The highlight and what distinguish this hotel is the show that they organized almost every night. It was fantastic and the whole family enjoy it. - The beach is right there with awesome beach restaurant. Very sandy and clear water - The cleaning lady do a wonderful job with cleaning the room - Minidisco is fun for the kids. What we dislike - We need to pay 18euro to use the vault in the room - Miniclub has very little toys/activities. During the time we are there, there is only shirt painting (10 euro), old board games. Could have been better with more indoor toys that will occupy the children like toy kitchen etc. - The internet is unstable throughout the hotel and even in some rooms. - The male staff at the reception is quite incompetent. When asked if we can borrow the basketball for the court. He said we need to walk around and find the staff from another animation company by ourselves as he has not contact for them. What a great system and coordination they have! - WORST EXPERINCE ever is at the A La Carte restaurant. After 15 minutes in a queue since morning to reserve the seat. We found the food very bland and not at all tasty. We only managed to eat one bite from the main course (lamb) and had to walk out of the restaurant to the normal buffet at the main restaurant to continue eating. The kid's menu that they serve comes suspectedly from the buffet downstairs with cold burger, cold spaghetti WITHOUT sauce, and cold fried sausages. Our kids also ate only one bite and stopped. What a big disappointment. They also cleared the plate in the wagon right in the restaurant, so we see and hear how they knock the plate against the trashcan in in the wagon all through our meal. :( I wonder how can this pass as a standard food hygiene in a 5 star hotel - another bad experience is with the staff at the vitamin bar who was extremely RUDE and tried to push the customers to order juice with alcohol against their will. When customer rejected, he expressed his attitude clearly that we just had to walk away.

Plaj ve deniz çok güzel. Uzun kumsalda kilometrelerce yürüyüş için çok iyi bir seçim. Akşamları, yemek sonrası, otelin sahil şeridi ile havuz alanı arasında uzun ve muhteşem bir yürüyüş yolu var. Yürüyüş, yüzme ve bisiklet için çok iyi bir otel. Yemeklerin hepsi günlük pişiyor, konserve veya dondurulmuş gıda yok. Yemekler lezzetli ve taze. Pastane ürünleri ve Tschibo Cafe çok keyifli. Animasyonlar başarılı. Sahil restoranında seçenekler çok ve akşamüstü sahilde çay saati de başarılı
